Plain but ok!!

very large ADA room that was good and well laid out except maybe the small fridge on the floor might be an issue with a wheelchair user. The lift for the swimming pool had no battery so did not work not so good

Very clean, very comfortable and well kept! Friendly staff, very helpful, and smiling always. The bagel bar was amazing. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended place to stay. Nothing everything was perfect

The walls are very thin you can hear the person next door and the people walking upstairs. The water in the restroom sink wouldn't drain it was backed up. Saw a spider. The battery cover to the remote controller kept coming off. There was a musty smell every time we would come back to the room. Bed is hard. Pillows were comfy though. The cleaners would only change the trash and wouldn't make the beds. Convenient location.

Pool location to veterans hospital No coffee maker in room, coffee in lobby near check in . Did not like trying to carry hot coffee upstairs while balancing purse and bags . Surprised not more spills on rugs or slip and fall issues as no lids for coffee . no microwave, only ice machine was on 3 rd floor , no hot food , muffins bananas

None of the ports for powering up Phone and iPad worked. When the housekeeper was cleaning/straighten out the room? bed not made and toilet not cleaned. A lot of noise till 1am, with stomping above us, doors slamming. The one person we interacted with, “Heather” very helpful when requested fresh towel.

We stayed two nights. Check in was easy and quick. The woman who checked me in was super friendly. There’s a small area in the lobby to buy snacks and drinks. Our room was really big and spacious, so big they could have put a kitchen but didn’t. There’s also no microwave but there is a mini fridge. The beds were comfy. The hotel itself is right off the freeway, and close to food, gas, etc. As for parking, I think I was charge $20 but was never told there’s a fee. The parking lot seemed small in the front but plenty of parking in the back. We would definitely stay again.

The staff was seldom at the front desk, was a decent stay, a lot of improvements between staff and amenities could make the Spark experience a better choice for all travelers!

Clean room

There was ants but it was a stupid hot summer, there was so much room

Everything was great.

The hotel was very clean. The rooms are huge and the pool was clean. Everything was great.

I saw/interacted with, maybe, just three staff members during a two night stay. No one manning front desk. No button/bell. Guest have to wait for staff, sometimes, as long as 5 min.
