Terrible customer service

The staff have always been very friendly and welcoming as well as willing to help for any problem that may arise, big or small. Rooms are always 10/10 on the cleanliness and hygiene products are fully stocked. Best part, is they do NOT require a deposit!

Pool was clean. Staff was exceptional. Nothing good to watch on tv Coffee isn't served in lobby throughout day , stops at 9am

It was all right nothing out of the ordinary special but it was good

tv, ac and bed were great the place was not just a little dirty it was filthy i opened microwave and someone else food was all over it i took pictures the amount of dirt was sooo bad no I’m not a picky person but this was this was bad. It’s room 136. I don’t know if management can see this or just go look at the air conditioner alone the amount of dirt on the outside it’s just unbelievable.

The cleaning staff were very nice and helpful.

We came for the pool and it didn’t disappoint. The room was big enough and we were able to rest. Its simple, no fuss stay.

The distance from both the Citrus plaza, highway, and downtown was good. My partner had noticed that there were Baby roaches in the bathroom, suspecting that there were more in the room so we had decided to leave earlier than expected.
