Dynasty Suites Redlands

Everything in the room was old and outdated, including the plumbing. Water for the shower would not get hot, carpet was old and stained, and little bugs/ gnats were in the room and would fly onto the bed. I had a family problem and had to leave after one night, but I was grateful that I was able to do that!

The room was great and the mattress and pillows exceptionally great. Breakfast was just OK.

Very accommodating and check out is ideal at 12pm

It was a pleasant experience, I’ll definitely book here again.

Didn't get new towels or anyone to empty the garbage for two days.

The staff are all very friendly, and the bed is clean and comfortable. The room provides in-room coffee, toothbrushes, toothpaste, plenty of towels, and the soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner are in dispensers. There are laundry facilities, vending machines at the motel, and fast food joints in the immediate area. when I first got there I saw a baby roach in the bath tub (only one) but he disappeared when I went to take a picture with my phone., and next day in the pool a roach was swimming/drowning. I didn't see any others. The breakfast was so so: scrambled eggs, bacon/ sausage, muffins, yogurt, and fresh fruit.

Have choose for the 2nd time Quiet Safe Clean stay with a decent check out time

I've stayed at the Dynasty Suites several times and have always had a great experience with the staff and the property. I love the fresh baked cookies you get at check, I will stay here again when in the area.

Hearing baby cry next door and tv being loud

Conveniently located near fresh and Carolyn’s cafe.

We stay quite alot with appointments in California. They have always been very nice and helpful. Rooms feel homey and warm.

A/C a little bit loud but in good working condition and typical for in room unit. Also ceiling fan available

It was accessible to fast food restaurants in the area by walking distance The carpet had stains. I’m very particular about my flooring. This unit 114 had too many for comfort but I was too tired to request a change. The last time I stayed there there were large spiders and cobwebs on the walkway ceiling above my room - I requested a change for that one. Unfortunately they do not let you see the room before booking it. Do last time I had to remove everything from the room back to my car and then get the new key and pray that it’s ok and move my stuff from the car to the room. That’s very inconvenient and I know of no other hotel establishment that inconvenience the patron like that. Normally you are allowed to get the new key - check out the room , more your stuff with assistance from the front desk if needed and then return the key. Usually about 20 minutes tops. I told my partner that I prefer someway else next time -/ but he likes the pool area where he can smoke

This is a lovely boutique hotel with clean, comfortable rooms. The bed in our room was comfortable that we almost didn't want to leave. The staff is friendly and helpful
