Water was turned off 3 days into my stay. Staff wasn't very helpful as to when it would be back on. Roaches and bugs everywhere in the room.

Dirty, rug stains, just a rundown dirty property

The place was a rundown nasty looks like drug den. People would come and go like they were just buying drugs and leaving. Didn't sleep too well worried about my car getting broken into

I was taught to not say anything if I can't say something good. So I am not saying anything.

There was no breakfast. The price was the only thing and probably not even worth it There was no breakfast - There were a lot of street people, smoking pot on the stairs- drinking, etc The pool was shut down. There were a lot of cockroaches in the room. It was mentioned to the staff, but nothing was done about it. The stay was for five days and the room was never cleaned. The garbage was not emptied. We asked for clean linens and nothing was brought. No soap or other toiletries were provided. There was no refrigerator or microwave. The toilet leaked so the floor was always wet. We had to put towels down to keep from falling on the wet floor.

No ac it was 100 degrees in the room. there was roaches everywhere. The pool was disgusting. It smelt like cat pee

Would love to send you a few pictures of the nasty tub the shower curtain s f the baseboards. I would like a full refund Couldn’t even shower

There were roaches, no soap, the tv would freeze up and not play
