A great value option for this area that still delivers the high standard of a chain hotel. If you’re not planning to walk everywhere (it’s barely walkable around here anyway), it’s an ideal choice.

La ubicación está bien, sin embargo la entrega de la habitación fue a las 2:00 am, siendo que era a las 3:00 pm, con dos horas de espera. En la app aparecía desayuno gratis incluido pero no fue así.

The stay was excellency at its best. From checking in to checking out, it was smooth and nice.

Charging for Parking and not offering breakfast keeps me from coming back

Do not stay here! You have to pay $25 per day just for parking, which is ridiculous on top of the already overpriced hotel rooms. Charging guests extra for parking after paying so much for a room is disappointing. I definitely would not stay here again. There’s way better hotels around. Customers should not be charged extra for parking no excuses!

Buen lugar. Un poco extraviado la localización, se tiene que pagar parking. No incluye desayuno. Tiene un café en Lobby por si quieres comprar un café. ☕️

Staff, location , fitness room, and heated pool Toilet was not operable (flushing)

No towels or cups for water in gym. Starbucks in lobby had an espresso machine that didn't work and hair found in shower.

The hotel is new, clean but services are not good. The receptionist kept saying they are short of staff. They haven’t cleaned the rooms for three nights. The toilet was clogged, instead of fixing it they brought us a pump to drain it ourselves!

I was not put in the room I requested, the water pressure was horrible and I could never get the WiFi to work.
