Nothing Everything. The toilet wouldn’t flush right. The keycards kept rejecting. The room was dirty. The furniture on the balcony was disgusting.

Great location. The manager and staff were ready to help at the first request. Internal air-conditioning split systems are absolutely quiet (but they haven't been cleaned for a long time) 1. Non-smoking suites are on one side of the building, along with regular suites (for smokers). We couldn't keep our balcony door open because of people smoking under our balcony and at the entrance of the building. 2. The bathroom door wood swelled from the water, and the door wouldn't open/close. 3. Air conditioning filters seem not to have been cleaned for a long time. Be careful if you have lung problems.

The location The whole place smelled like someone dumped buckets of bleach throughout the building and it gave me a headache. The bed was awful. I swear the bed was broken and I woke up every day with a sore back. The bathroom had mold by the shower and it wasn’t just a tiny bit, it was a good chunk of it.

We really enjoyed the pool. Also the staff was very friendly. There was nothing we didn’t like. It was with what we paid for. Only issue we did have was some random person knocking on our room door and trying to open our room door at almost 1am. I called the front desk and the gentleman said it might have been a delivery driver but I said they tried to open the door.

The pictures online reflect when a room was recently renovated, but the room we were assigned was not. The room had an odor, the carpeting was ripped in multiple places, the walls were dingy and cracked. The bottom of the bathroom door was heavily chipped and the door didn’t lock. We had a non-smoking room, but our room was located right above a smoking station. The free breakfast consisted of cereal, toast, mini-muffins and coffee, which was ok for 1 night but not sufficient for multiple days. My family so upset by the condition of the room that we had to cancel the remaining days of our stay and moved to another hotel.
