Everything went smoothly

Clean rooms the staff breakfast and parking everything was beautiful

It is a great little hotel for the price. It’s perfectly located and checks every box for a beach stay.

There were no pool towels at all. The tv in our room was broken. The fire pit was not operational. The pool and fire pit were the main attractions for us. Overall, extremely disappointing and upsetting experience.

No towels or soap no carts to use not great communication from staff

The hotel was clean and parking was fine! The staff was pleasant. The breakfast left something to be desired. The room was clean. The bed was not very comfortable and the bathroom really didn't have enough room on the counter. My biggest complaint with the bathroom was the shampoo, conditioner and body wash was very difficult to squeeze. Not really great for anyone with arthritic hands. I understand trying to be green, but you need to make that part a little easier for older adults.

Room was impecable, staff very professional and courteous. Breakfast was ok and plenty of parking. We stayed here last year and we will definitely come back. 100% recommendable

This was my 3rd time staying here. Great locations, right next to Tanger outlets. The hotel is clean and I love the comfortable room layout.

Price, fcilities and staff were excellent. Unfortunately eggs were not available at complementary breakfast the first day and orange juice not.available on second day.

Plus, the room was behind the elevator and across from the ice machine. I usually request to be away from the elevator, etc. I have stayed at this property a few times, but this will be the last time.

Not sure if it's just a quincident but once I check in and I swiped my card for the hold an hour later someone tried using it to purchase something online. Big pro about the hotel it's right next to many jobs you can walk to. Z

Its location and proximity to many activities The room was small for 4 people, the breakfast, although good, was always the same; there was a lack of variety in that aspect, and they didn't clean the room, they only changed the towels.

Nice n clean, location is amazing walking from outlet shops and amazing green view from rooms Breakfast could be better. There were no white bread, no eggs

Hotel is newer and clean but… they told me they have housekeeping every day. I stayed 3 nights and only 1 time someone took garbage but only from room but not from bathroom. Nobody cleaned, they didn’t even restocked toilet paper. I left towels on the floor to be changed after second night and they were left there and no fresh towels were provided. After asking for fresh ones he said they don’t have any now. I had to look around for person who was cleaning to get them. Hotel was completely full on Sunday morning breakfast which they claimed it’s until 9.30am. At 9am there was nothing warm left to eat and they said they don’t bring anything more because it’s 9am, plenty of people were left without being just muffins and bagels. Not even pancakes… Pool was nice but no pool towels provided.
