Seriously needs repairs and updating. Walls falling apart in bathroom. Disgusting carpet that had tears and stains. Beds were adequate. Space was good but wouldn’t recommend.

At the very least keep the rooms a little uoafted and clean. The staff are very nice but they can only do so much when the rooms are so old and dirty

I had a suite. Staff was very friendly. It comes with fridge and microwave which was nice. The shower would switch between hot and cold water a lot and the tv could maybe add Netflix or something, but all in all a pretty decent stay!!

The Staff and the parking was a positive experience. Overall maintenance of rooms could use work and a deep clean. The housekeeping kept beds and bathroom clean. Breakfast was misleading as we were directed to the hotel next door as they did not offer breakfast on site.

My daughter spent several hours cleaning the room. There was fish juice in the refrigerator drawers, & when we opened the refrigerator, it was horrible. The kitchen & bathroom floors were so sticky. There was dirt in the bathtub. We had to get cleaner & rags from the cleaning staff to scrub the floors & refrigerator. Once it was cleaned, we told the cleaning staff not to go into our room to clean. The mop they were using was disgustingly dirty. The rest of our stay was good, but we shouldn’t have had to spend so much time cleaning. The breakfast was decent, & the pool was nice & clean. The exterior of the property was very well maintained. I really liked the layout of the suite. Parking was good & the staff was very cooperative.

Staff was very helpful when needed extra stuff. They came in and vacuumed everyday with out messing with our personal belongings. Parking was close to our room. The pool was clean. They were doing active remodeling under us but you wouldnt of even known they were quiet about it. Check in was very easy. The only issue we keep having was our room cards had to keep being reactived. Other than that it was a nice stay

Disgusting! Don’t stay here! The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was disgusting. The outside of the toilet bowl had poop on it! And you could tell the shower hadn't been cleaned in years! The sheets were dirty and stained. The only 'clean' thing was the towels! The staff are young students who are respectful and have a very good attitude, but unfortunately, they don't know how to clean a bathroom. I definitely DO NOT recommend it.

They need to replace their carpets ASAP. It was stinch when walking in our rooms. Carpets looks really used up.

Breakfast was at a nearby hotel and staff never made sure we knew about it

Light in bathroom broken

Worse hotel ever! Room was dirty, carpets were filthy with a urine smell in one corner, paint peeling from walls, bathtub was cracked and was filthy. Had to keep getting new room keys because they would just stop working. Continental breakfast was toast and juice, not my idea of a continental breakfast. The pool was closed for an entire day. Staff was not very helpful or nice. Never again!!

Close to stores and beaches Bed was not very comfortable.

Very kind housekeeper, kind, and accommodating manager, the most space offered in a room and the whole town of Rehoboth Beach hotel wise, and also the cheapest hotel wise in Rehoboth Beach! Hotel or motels could accommodate our large family with one alone! We stayed approximately 2 1/2 weeks we have or take a few days either way, and had no real issues that we noticed until about two weeks in, the ceiling started leaking and ruined our food because it was right above the kitchen counter and happened in the middle of the night when we were asleep. They did not offer any money back or percentage off or literally anything for that, and it happened again the night after the first night, but luckily, I found it out pretty early on and stuck in bucket under it. And then it was even more frightening was on the night before checkout. I woke up in the middle of the night to check the kitchen to make sure nothing was leaking (like I did each night since that first incident), and when I went to the counter, I swore I saw something move, so I then turned on the light to the kitchen and saw really quickly that it was a bug that automatically ran and hid when I turned the light on. It was brown and turned out to be a ROACH! And I am sure it’s not just one but took no chances in the morning at checkout and made each child (and us) shower directly before we left, then put their clothes on and immediately walk out the door into the vehicle! The rest of all of our clothes rode in the bed of the truck (Etc. to hopefully make sure none stayed, INCLUDING tossing ALL of our non refrigerated non canned FOOD! And upon notifying them again of something in their rooms having decent issues, no offer of ANY kind to make it seem like they cared about our stay.

There was no breakfast at location, had to walk over to the next property for coffee. Limited breakfast choices
