The spa area, the outdoor swimming pool, the breakfast, the New Year’s Eve Fireworks Some room facilities not suitable for older people and outdated, the service team was often stressed and over loaded especially during dinner. Front desk attitude was very inconsistent - from very helpful to rude and annoyed.

Staff, Anna at the reception, Mihai at the restaurant and Vanessa yoga instructor were the best but all staff were very friendly and enjoy helping customers If only there are hottubs would be perfect. It was a cultural thing but naked sauna is not very inclusive for everyone

I liked the hotel staff and amenities. The indoor pool and fitness room are very nice. In the fitness room, all the equipment is relatively new, and not many people use it, so I often had it all to myself in the morning. We went for the 3/4 option, which included dinner and lunch, which was the perfect option for us. I also enjoyed the yoga classes. The location is also perfect for skiing. The staff was lovely and helpful all the time. The Wi-Fi did not work in our room: I could see the Wi-Fi, but I could not connect with my phone (iPhone) or laptop (Mac). This is not a problem in the reception or recreational areas - I had no issues there.

Beautiful location! Great breakfast! The rooms are really nice! Nice Spa. The bed is really firm. The shower was just a handheld wands. No hot tub. And the saunas are really far from the pool.

The hotel is in a beautiful location and within walking distance to town. Unfortunately we didn’t get time to check out the pool. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast seating was confusing. They assigned us a table when we checked in but our name wasn’t there and the table wasn’t set when we came down for breakfast. We were there with another couple but since we hadn’t let the hotel know that at the time of booking we didn’t get tables together. Luckily, the breakfast room was fairly empty when we came down so we were able to sit together. The breakfast was good.

The location is beautiful. The bed is not comfortable. We could not sleep well.

The location, friendliness and efficiency of the staff, cleanliness and facilities were excellent. The breakfast has a lot of options and is quite delicious. There was nothing to dislike.

Super friendly people

Location was nice. Breakfast was ok but not the best I have ever had. Room size was quite big. Facilities were satisfied. In a hotel room with a daily room rate of approximately 500 euros, a standard kettle and coffee, water and even sparkling water should be provided free of charge. Unfortunately, in German-speaking countries, you sometimes cannot access such niceties. There are still problems in service understanding and quality. In terms of location, the room has a magnificent view and a huge balcony. They put a table and chairs on the balcony, but they couldn't think of a coffee opportunity to enjoy the great view. It gives the message to forget the coffee and drink the water from the sink. Such a thoughtful hotel management :) This is unacceptable at this standard.

We had written to the hotel that we were vegan and they had plenty of options for us for each meal. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They even organised a small surprise for my partner’s birthday. The breakfast/dinner area also has a beautiful terrace where you can eat/drink outside, and the view to their gorgeous garden is just amazing. The room was very spacious, very clean and the bed was very comfy. The sauna area is separated from the pool are, but they are both very accommodating and relaxing. There are several hiking options in the region as well as two gondola lifts nearby. We have really enjoyed our time there and would go there again! Everything was just perfect.

Pleasant

The hotel has nice facilities. It is clean and the staff is super helpful and kind (in special Kostas and Philipp). Location is great and super beautiful. The room was nice, the sauna and indoor pool were good and the reception accommodated a request we made to have the hotel shuttle drive us a little further than the last programmed stop. Overall a nice stay. If you are going to the hotel because of the vegan food advertising in their website or when you google hotel with vegan options in Austria, don’t expect that much. To be fair, there are vegan options, but they are clearly just options (few for breakfast and just reasonable for dinner) - and not an integral part of their kitchen as announced. The pillows are among the worst I’ve ever had in a hotel.
