The Staff at the time of check in and check out where extremely nice, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast room was clean, the food was amazing and the F&B staff where also very nice and helpful and the breakfast was simple yet delicious. The Location of the hotel was very nice, the small town in which is located is beautiful and the small lake that is near the hotel, is cheap to get in and very cozy. I will 100% be staying here again, and I have already started to recommend it for a quick getaway. N/A

very good equipped hotel, with good kitchen and a nice bar area. Perfect location in the middle of the village, the ski bus stop is just next to the property for me the bed was far too soft.

I always stay here when in Alpbachtal, Because it is a cozy and wonderful small hotel, where I feel like at home.

Location was good. In the city center and walking distance to the ski slopes and lifts. Staff was friendly and parking space was also sufficient. Hotel is really dated and very noisy. You can hear toilets flush very vividly from other rooms. Also, the walls are really thin. Beds, furniture etc really outdated. In short, hotel needs a real update and refurbishment.
