The Westin Reston Heights

This company is using same bed linens on each customer. Very disgusting and it was hard to rest and I didn’t want to stay Saturday night. I bought a UV light and it was bodily fluids all over white comforter they had on the bad. Calling the health department next

Good value. Garage parking is a little inconvenient. The room itself was excellent. When we arrived there was extremely loud music and dancing coming from the bar/restaurant. Someone had a good time because there was vomit on the ground outside the lobby when we checked out.

Stay was comfortable. The front desk had only one staff and had to wait long get to check out

The hotel is okay, but the pool is not available. They don’t come clean the room daily.

The feont desk double charged me and took over a week to refund the money. They charged for parking as well which isn’t listed on Expedia. The room smelled like mold (probably coming from the AC unit) and it left me feeling a little dazed by morning. I left my laptop in the room and the front desk was courteous enough to retrieve and secure it for me (A first). Overall between the smell, the noise and the overcharge. Three stars for this stay.

There was very little about the experience that felt upscale or consistent with what I expected from the Westin brand. I was especially disappointed because this was intended to be a memorable birthday night with my daughter, and I would have chosen another hotel had I known what the experience would be like.

I have stayed at the Westin Reston Heights multiple times now, and those working the front desk have all been a pleasure to interact with. The rooms are clean, and I appreciate the added security of requiring a room key to go upstairs.

The hotel was very clean the employees were so accommodating & helpful . This location is close to a lot of nice restaurants. We will definitely choose this hotel again !

Front desk staff are always helpful and friendly. I frequently stay here and the staff keeps me coming back. Parking is always a pain in NOVA.

Our room was very nice & the breakfast was excellent. The only issue was we were not informed at check in that the pool was closed (4th of July weekend) which is why we selected this hotel.
