Very nice hotel, staff was very nice and helpful,

Nothing, there was no hot water, the beds and pillow were very old and stiff. The receptionist was neither helpful or service conscious. The carpet in the entire first and second floor was ripped, the bathrooms and behind the bathroom door was filthy, if there were refunds for such a low class of service I would demand it. My phone died at 12:30 at night , I went to reception to see if they had an iPhone charging cable, and she said no sorry we only have android, I asked if she knew where I could get one and she said no and disappeared, so I went outside and saw a petro station less that 250 meters away, walked over there and bought what I needed. I was very upset that she did not suggest to at least try that store. If I had not taken the initiative to look for all possibilities in the neighborhood I would have missed all calls in the morning. Despite being a member of the rewards program I will never go back to that hotel. See above

Staff is very kind. Problem is the room was smelly, the carpet was smelly to sweat. Needs to be cleaned. I have been in other City Express hotels in other parts of Mexico and cleanness is much better and price is lower.

Customer service was A+ Cleaning A+ Transportation was good even when it was only one way trip. The restroom drain ash was discus-ting the cleaning lady clean as much as she could but the smell did not go away. There was not enough towels.

they allow guest to group play soccer in the parking lot causing damage to vehicles and creating a hazard and what’s worse let them pack and drink from their beer cages. this not only creates a very unsafe environment but the feeling we paid 1/3 of what we paid hotel type. never going back there!
