Sheets and pillows smelled of damp and the tub plumbing seemed to be backed up (the water wouldn't drain quickly)

The front lady receptionist was awesome and very knowledgeable!’ Would stay again !!

I liked the room was big enough and the staff was great

Easy access for soriana The elevator didn't work, only one side and they knew they had a group so they didn't make an effort to fix it before they came. Also the buffet there were not enough food, tables and chairs. The pool was dirty so many hairs inside like someone cut the hair inside. At the end the room was paid for 4 people but they just give us the amenities for 2 and had to ask for more stuff. They charge us for extra nothing is free so I do expect at least give me what is charge. Blow dryer does not work and by the time we need it was am sorry am busy.

Everything was great! Really loved the fenced in parking lot with the guard, and the breakfast. Overall, it was a great stay.

The breakfast was good and great selection! The room was clean and I felt comfortable leaving my car there overnight because there was security.

Bedding Musty smell, TV programming

This hotel is ways away from the airport. Since the listings indicated that there was an airport shuttle available I went along with the reservation. We arrived to the hotel, and it turns out we had to figure this out on our own.

Yes, during the first day of lodging internet was very slow from 4 pm through 9 pm. In the next day, was ok, but it was very slow to have a conversation or meeting in zoom. In addition, it seems there were dust in the floor carpet and some food residuals.

Location was good for me. Breakfast was acceptable. The hotel could have an electric generator. One night from 21:00 o'clock till 05:00 in the morning there was no electric. Nothing was working including the air condition devices.
