Everyone was so helpful and willing to help since we didn't speak the language. This was our second visit and we enjoyed ourselves!

We had a fantastic 5 day stay. Staff was amazing. Pool was clean and relaxing. 3rd floor housekeepers were so accommodating and kind. Beautiful building and constantly maintained by cleaning staff. Highly recommended! 10 star rating. Water pressure low in shower but nothing to make a fuss over. *just mexico conservation of water*

The breakfast was so good and the fresh juices were amazing overall it was a good breakfast only recommendation is to have condiments readily available. Also, the signage for the food was not matching the items in the buffet. Other than that it was a great experience. Nothing it was all good.

Everything was great. The staff was nice and the rooms were very clean. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book again for our next stay.

Ac worked and the location is great I got there and about an hour after i settled in i was asked to leave the room and pack all my equipment and take it back down because apparently that room was not ready to stayed at. They provided no help carrying luggage and when they gave me the new room it was a more deteriorated than the original one. Lights flickering, sometimes hot water would come out the shower and i had to replace my acces card to the room THREE times because they stopped working everytime i went out. On top of this i was interrupted as a lady WALKED INTO THE ROOM UNAUTHORIZED because managed said the room was empty. Overall a mess of organization by the staff. Location is great but its not worth it for all the headeches that it caused. Oh, and their parking zone is exposed to sun and bird poop, there is no designed parking spots that will cover up your vehicle.

It was delicious and lot of variety. It well attended and clean. The receptionist didn't acknowledge my greeting when I was handing over the room cards upon departure. He didn't make eye contact until I left the keys on the reception desk and was about to leave. I mentioned that it was important to attend to the guest, and he just laughed. He was very rude.

I loved it everything was super clean and super comfortable …Definitely recommend it

There was nothing I didn't like

The staff, the room, and complimentary breakfast. The TV channels some froze, better TV access. Also not being provided the wi-fi password. I called front desk several times no answer so I had to go ask for it. But the staff quickly provided it.

This property do not exist anymore in Reynosa

It’s gated!!! The pool area has its own shower/bathroom ( no need to have to go to the room to change!) For once I see a hotel that actually looks like the pictures ❤️❤️definitely going back It was awesome

It was amazing, clean, will be staying here again. It felt very safe staying here, highly recommended

The shower was really unacceptable, I took a bath with cold water, never been turn on hot. This is not really good

Lately noticed lack of supplies and cleaning

They give such a home like treatment, its definitely my to go spot

I like everything the only thing that I give them a minus 3 is the swimming pool was a little bit dirty but everything else was perfect

The water temp is quite wild, sometimes it's too hot or too cold, it's not easy to regulate

Having a microwave in the room would be nice and the room I felt was a bit small for our taste.
