The photos dont do it justice, I had a wonderful time and was pleasantly surprised by the luxurious feel of the hotel. I particularly appreciated the staff who were extremely sweet and made sure I felt welcome and gave a damn good introduction to Rhodes and what to do and not do. With their expertise I was able to experience Rhodes to the fullest and made sure my trip was splendid. Thank you Hotel Galaxias for my unforgettable trip to Rhodes, Greece.

When I left the hotel. Galaxias Galaxias Hotel My name is Daniel Bugiel and I booked vacation in the Hotel from 16.07 till 26.07. I thought I can take a rest before I go public with my trading system, portfolio engine and financial services. Unfortunately my ex girlfriend put me into the situation when she tried to play me around, leave the country and take what’s mine including money I work hard over w decade. She convinced the owners I hit her, try to rape, block the way to take the baggage. The owners didn’t want to listen to my side. They treated me like a TRASH. They don’t want to listen to nothing, they automatically assume I’m guilty, put me down, remove me from hotel, call police (but next day morning, not the same day what everything “happens”). I WAS PUSHED around and ignored. Police take me from the airport, cause I didn’t have other options if they kicked me out from the hotel. My ex didn’t appear in the court. She lied and retread like a rat. I easily proved my point of view and justice has been served by High Court in Rhodes. It takes 2 minutes to close the case and clear me from the accusations. High Court find me NOT GUILTY (1man as a High Judge and 2 beautiful women as procurators/prosecutors). So I was not judged by man alone. Judge was highly disappointed how Hotel “handle” the situation - with emotions cause the crying woman and 2 old grandpas feel sorry for her and believed everything. NOT with logic and reason. They were wrong in so many levels and one thing they are the best - telling me to shut up and leave the hotel and ignores me. Police have been informed about it also. For 8hours they walk me around with handcuffs and put me everywhere and at the end RELEASE ME cause I’m NOT GUILTY. I sent message to the hotel about it and waiting for response. I gave them 2 options: 1. full money back what I paid. FULL + official “sorry” letter. Then we forgot about it cause all can make mistakes but the question is if you learn from them. 2.

Very clean and beautiful It was extremely noisy in our room and was not possible to get any fresh air by opening the door for this reason .

The hotel location was ideal. Approx 20 minutes walk to the Old Town and to Zephyros Strand beach. I initially booked a studio room but was offered Cosy room by Galaxias. Great suggestion and made my stay more comfortable. The room was a good size with plenty of storage. Small bathroom but suited me. Bed was extremely comfortable and I slept very well all during my stay. Room was cleaned everyday. Good air con and had no issues with it. Good breakfast provided with a good selection. On arrival I was allowed access to the room early so I could unpack and shower after my flight. Also given a very useful 8 page guide of what to see, where to eat, and local transportation. Superb customer service. I would like to give a special mention to all the staff. They were all very helpful, very polite and genuinely wanted to engage with the customers. The staff are a credit to the Galaxias hotel. I will be returning to this hotel for future holidays in Rhodes. Nothing.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very clean hotel. Shame the rooms didn't have facilities for making hot drinks. However, hot drinks are available from the bar and charged for. Rooms quite small but ok. No bath, just a shower. Breakfast was limited but enough choice to suit most people.

The common areas and the rooms were super clean! The towels were super soft and they changed them daily. The people treated us like family and they didn't care to take the extra mile for us. The location is very convenient since it is situated in a busy area with bakeries, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies etc. However, it s a long walk to the old town where the touristic sights are, especially under the hot sun. You might consider to take a taxi which costs cheap.

The staff were really lovely, helpful and welcoming. There is a nice bar and garden to sit in. They give you a list of recommendations of places to visit and eat - definitely follow the recommendations The beds were a bit hard

This hotel is modern, clean and quiet, with excellent staff who are friendly and help with any request. It’s a short walk to Rhodes old town and the hotel provides you with an information sheet with walking directions and restaurant recommendations - the restaurant we tried from the sheet was excellent! All of the information provided was fantastic and even helped with simple things like getting the bus, which really added to our stay and made things simple in a place we hadn’t visited before. The facilities like the lounge area and terrace were comfortable and a great place to relax. The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was clean but extremely small, to the point where showering was a little difficult due to the lack of space.
