The breakfast was good, the staff made alot of mistakes that inconvenienced me and there was hair on my towels and the floor.

Great stay for a great price.

Breakfast was good, staff were extremely friendly and happy to assist. Pool is small but enjoyable Mold everywhere, the ac, bathroom, walls, halls, pool area, literally everywhere and you could smell it throughout. AC didn't work well with the room set up

There were many issues with handicap accessible room, and obtaining that even though it was reserved even in the said handicapped room. There were no railings. There is no way for the handicap person to get in the tub. There was a broken door to the toilet room many issues that I would suggest looking further into if handicapped accessible isn’t necessity. The staff was nice enough to attempt to make some things right in the end so that was helpful, but the experience overall was not good.

Spacious room, toilet is separate from bathroom, breakfast was okay, parking cost $15 a day, it's like 10 minutes from the airport and they also have a shuttle bus.

Spacious room, breakfast was okay, parking $ 15 per day, close to the airport, they have a shuttle bus to the airport, it was clean

The rooms were nice with AC and staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was very murky color and cold, they didn’t restock the food once it ran out.

Booked a multiple bed room, they apparently gave our booking away and put 4 adults in a single queen with a trundle bed with a urine stained thin mattress, sized for a child. It was abysmal.

Breakfast very good and staff very helpful. Location excellent as we were visiting Philadelphia and Wilmington, DE. Bed was very creaky as you moved.

We loved the park and fly option at the hotel. The shuttle goes 24 hours to the airport for pickup which was very helpful for us who arrived after midnight. The room was clean. The hotel is just old and needs to be renovated. It was a good option for our one night stay after we returned home from our trip.

I was not going to say nothing . Today pushed me over the edge. Yesterday I was checked into a dirty room. Then I got another room I had to wait another 30 minutes. I asked FrontDesk if there was a manager they said there is no manager available or supervisor or mod. Today at 9:50 an man starts pounding on my door. Asking me what time am I leaving checkout is at 11:00. I should be getting up and getting dressed. As I'm walking out of the room he says sir are you leaving. He was trying to be funny because clearly I was a woman. I do not play with my identity like that that was very disrespectful. He started snapping his fingers at me said sir I'm talking to you are you leaving. I did not respond because I'm an African-American female. This man believe they can talk to black American female any kind of way. This establishment is disgusting only good service was from the bartender.

Moldy shower that leaked- we had to use our bath towels to mop up the leaked water. We asked hotel staff in the morning if they would clean our room and provide new towels. We got back to our room at 11PM and needed to be up at 3AM to catch a flight only to find they had not cleaned or provided new towels. Staff seemed annoyed and made excuses when we went to the lobby to retrieve clean towels and ask for bags to gather up the moldy dirty old ones. Won’t stay here again!

Easy check-in Could be cleaner.
-
Also they ran out of a lot of the food at breakfast, which was annoying.
