The staff was especially very pleasant. Even with a large number of customers, they had a personal overview and approach. More difficult to find the place. Maps show a different location. The room with children above the evening restaurant was unusual for us. However, after ten o'clock there was not much noise.

A very nice, cozy hotel,placed in a great location,near the seaside but away from the hustle and bustle. 5 minutes and you are on the beach. Very clean, just beds are not as comfortable as one would like. Breakfast is hearty,you can eat as much as you want. The same goes for dinner, tasty, good food. It's not art on the plate,but we are not arty-farty people,so we enjoyed it. Hosts are incredibly nice. Beds,but that is my personal opinion.

Nothing. Very irresponsible. They automatically confirmed our reservation(I booked in the evening). It is said even in hotel confirmation ‘24 Hours Desk’ and phrase ‘you can call us anytime’. No one ever answered to us in the chat. When we arrived at night the same day and called to confirm, the lady with the sleepy voice said that it’s closed, there is no one at the reception, she said her relative is coming tomorrow morning. Our reservation was already paid. Booking support is not answering to return the money. We ended up without a hotel in the middle of the night at the airport after a flight! We spend much more money and time to find a new place at night and also to book a hotel that’s definitely has 24 hour desk!!! The money for this reservation never returned. Be aware while booking with them!

The hotel location is good, near to beach and restaurants. Hotel provide free parking for guests, even it is about 10 minutes walk away - big advantage in Rimini. We have booked breakfast and dinners. Dinners were really great, only you have to be prepared for italian traditional cusine. Andrea is great and very helpful. Room: small, old, bathroom not cleaned properly. I was really disappointed. Breakfast: no vegetable. If you expect traditional italian cakes for breakfast, forgot on it. Semi- finished product from supermarket.
