Location to beach excellent The rooms are controlled at reception for the air conditioning. Reception is super cold when you go down but bedrooms are uncomfortably hot and sleep is hard to achieve

There was a slight sewer smell in the bathroom after taking a longer shower. Breakfast options were a little limited, but not too bad.

You really couldn't ask for a better location! The hotel staff was fantastic, welcoming, and accommodating. We upgraded to the executive room, so the size and space of the rooms were great. The Hotel itself is a bit on the older side and does need some updating, however they keep it very clean. As you will find in most Italian hotels, the beds run on the firm to VERY firm side. This place is no exception! Great bathrooms and the AC worked very well. The breakfast was AMAZING! They had such a great selection of options. One of the best on our trip! The beds are always a challenge if you're like me and prefer not sleeping on a bed that feels like a ping-pong table! HAHA The only other thing I'd say was I thought the parking was part of my booking fees, however, there was an additional $30 per night charge for parking. We had 2 cars, which was a surprise and a bit of a stinger at check out! I feel that is quite high!

That said, though the staff is friendly, I think the expectations is that you are only there to get drunk and party on the beach. They could not provide accurate information on tourism activities or where the airport was! The fitness room is much more barebones than it looks on the images. The pool also isn't outdoor (as in images). It was suggested that I can get a discount of purchasing a beach chair for 15EUR.... Why would I do an extra purpose when I opted for a higher-star hotel that I thought would have the outdoor pool as pictured? A/C also isn't controlled... all these things they said are just temporary. Hallway noise is frequent and elevators are outdated. I felt a bit ripped off given that I paid a bit more thinking that I'd have these amenities. If I go back, I'd probably stay at one of the 100 other properties identical to this.

Very convenient location, access to beach, indoor pool, large rooms with blackout curtains, nice staff. I liked everything.

I loved the breakfast. Parking was easy. Location was great. Staff professional and friendly. We had a comfortable suite The “gym” is really old with very few machines (2). I have actually been coming to this hotel for Many years. The bicycle and treadmill have been the same for maybe 15 years. They used to supply water down there but no longer do.

Great hotel, very close to the beach, outdoor pool was still open which was great (end of september), plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Visited off-season so it was fairly quiet and we were upgraded to an executive suite which was a good sized room. Lots of choice for breakfast which was nice!

First time for visiting Rimini and we loved every minute. We got a room upgrade, due to it being my birthday and wedding anniversary while staying there so had a lovely view of the beach. The hotel itself was in a great location along the main strip with a lot of bars and restaurants to choose from to meet all requirements. 2 minute walk to the beach (section 19 allocated for the hotel) @ 20 Euros a day x2 sun loungers and a umbrella vouchers can be bought at the reception. Area has toilets and changing facilities along with a beach bar. The bar offers complimentary nibbles for the guests which we personally thought was a lovely touch while having a drink before heading out for evening meal. If you want to use the spa, there is a 50 euro charge per person. The spa will then only be used for your personal use. If you are happy to lie on the sand with own towel it is free at section 0 (approx 20 minute walk).
