The hotel is totally amazing! The service, breakfasts quality, location is wonderful! For large families strongly recommend floor 4 with large rooms and terrace. Double meals cover food in the restaurant for dinner. The menu is not large, but for a week it is okey to change meals; still the quality of food and taste is outstanding! The hotel also has water station in the hall, which makes it very comfortable. Guests are also provided with suntowels. As compared to another hotel we staid in Riccione, Mercure Lungomare was rated as top 1 by us. Want to return again next summer All was great

The location is perfect and the staff was very friendly and coopperative , the hotel is very clean and comfortable Our room on the second floor was supposed to have a sea view, but there were many trees blocking part of the view. This was different from the photos on the website, which showed a completely unobstructed view of the sea.

Staff, great, room nice and well equipped bathroom. Very clean. Unbelievable noise until 2.15am from the beach clubs. Impossible to sleep.

I stayed here for 8 nights at the end of May and had a very good experience. The staff were very kind and helpful, and I would especially like to thank Marinella for all her assistance. We were a group of 12 people travelling together, including my children and grandchildren, with everyone arriving and leaving at different times. Marinella managed to organise everything so that it all worked out perfectly for us. In my opinion, the hotel is in a fantastic location. It is within walking distance of the train station and very well placed near the beach, with lots of restaurants, shops, and lively areas close by, but without being noisy in the evenings. The beach is only a short walk away, and the old town is also within walking distance, or easy to reach by bike, as there are Lime bikes available all around the area. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tidy, and the hotel itself was very well kept. The pool is small, but perfectly adequate, with a few sunbeds that were almost always available when we were there at the end of May. The breakfast was nice, and the staff there were also very friendly and helpful. The bed in my room was comfortable, and I had a spacious balcony, which I really appreciated. There was very little I did not like, as I was very happy with my stay. If I had to mention something, it would be that there is no gym at the hotel, which was the only facility I missed. However, it is possible to pay for access to a gym not too far away, and there is also an outdoor workout area by the beach behind the hotel. The shower door in my room did not close completely, so water often leaked onto the bathroom floor. Other than that, my only complaint is that I would have liked to stay longer! Unfortunately, I had to go home and return to work, which is certainly not the hotel’s fault. It is a wonderful place, and I would happily have stayed for two or three weeks. This really felt like a proper holiday, and it was very comfortable and convenient for a family with children of all ages. Everyone in our group was very happy.

The location is very good, especially for people who want to go to the sea. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was disappointing for a four-star hotel. We stayed three nights, and every day it was the same and not fresh, nothing new. Also, at check-out they charged us for the water in the room. This was disappointing for a four-star hotel.

My husband and I stayed at this property for 2 nights in the privileged double room with a sea view. We took the train which is an easy 15 min walk. We arrived a little early and was able to check into the room early. Thank you! The front desk staff who work during the day are exceptional. The room had enough space for us for two days. The bathroom was quite large. There is a small refrigerator we used to store our water bottles. Our room was on the 3rd (out of 4) floor. We specifically booked a "Sea View" room (not side view). Our third floor was barely above the tree line. We could see the beach and sea but in another year or so those trees are going to block the view. Any lower floors get no view except the cars and people passing by. Other than that the room was great. The location of the property is excellent. We could reserve a spot on beach #19 that gave us an umbrella and 2 chairs for 25 euros for all day. We totally got our money's worth on the beach that day. There are numerous restaurants up and down the main street. In front of the property is the boardwalk promenade. You can walk from the ferris wheel (about 10 min away) all the way along the beach. We stopped at beach #44 but you can keep going. The property offers aperitivo every night at the bar in the lobby. Our experience was very positive. We recommend this property. Suggest to price fairly on those sea view rooms due to the trees.
