everything is great, it is a former Marriot hotel, unfortunately the new owner is letting things go without keeping the same quality

Beautiful rooms

Classic hotel. Has everything. Super clean. Not much around after sun goes down.

Property was nice, clean and comfortable. N/a

Rooms are pretty clean Property is good but the attendants are not polite. Hard to get information about the property they badly talked with us.

Vista Maravilhosa!

The food at diner buffet was bad and not done. I was charged for 2 meals we could not eat and we didn’t receive proper service

My highlight about the hotel was a staff member named Clinton who was super friendly and could speak English. The hotel was also close to the venue for the business conference I was attending. Breakfast was average with no intercontinental options. Wifi was slow throughout the stay. The hotel foyer and passages had a distinct smell of rice (not sure if it was jasmine or basmati) - I guess due to poor ventilation but it was pungent. Customer service - hire friendly people who can speak English. Ventilation of the hotel - it has a funny smell Better, faster wifi Different food options especially for breakfast

Comfortable Location
-
You can hear the bad music from parties from neighbors. It's not in the hotel's control, and didn't worsen my stay too much, but just know walls are thin.

The staff was great. The location is not that good and the images show better views than they actually are.

Check in staff excellent, and luggage storage was superb - we arrived at 8am and stored luggage to explore no problem at all and we stored luggage the following day as we were not getting on cruise ship until late afternoon Nothing, all good

The beds were so comfortable, the breakfast delicious and the views pretty good. Wifi was terrible. It did not work during the whole staying. If you plan on work from here, I would recommend you to choose another hotel, if that's not your priority, then the hotel is super good.

Nothing The room was infested with little flies, when this was raised we were told there’s no other rooms we could be moved to even though on the website and on booking.com the rooms were showing as available. We were also told someone would come to check it out and nobody did. Breakfast options were limited and not very good in quality or taste. The bed itself was not very comfortable and the room looked tatty around the ceilings, in the shower and the bed itself. We were also bitten by the flies that were in the room
