The location is perfect for the bus terminal and the remodeling looks great. The fruit selections for breakfast are TOPS!!!! I killed one roach in my room but I didn’t see more.

There was a wide selection of fruits for breakfast. Be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs. If you are traveling with heavy luggage, Ask for a room on the lowest level.

Comfortable bed and pillow, good shower, very good restaurant, staff are nice and polite. There were no towels in the room, the room is very humid, the bed sheet was small for the size of the bed. Location around the hotel and street is terrible, dangerous.

The location is very good for the carnaval and is very cheap compared to other lodging. No cleaning unless you give up the key for the day. Not exactly helpful front desk staff with no empathy for non-Portuguese speakers. Extremely tiny room.

Stayed over the carnival, it's 2 blocks away from the uneven numbered entranced. It was the cheapest I could find during that period, so, for the money I paid, it was ok. Moved around bus, subway and Uber without issies It's not a nice area, but didn't feel unsafe.
