No windows, not very clean, breakfast basically only cakes

The location is amazing. The rooms themselves are ok. They didn’t have an elevator causing a couple of issues getting to the rooms that were upstairs. Finding the place was somehow cumbersome and hard for Ubers to park outside so you have to walk a lot.

The suites are nice, also not the cosiest (very grey, no windows with a view on the street or so and little natural light) but big, quiet air-conditioning, good showers, comfy beds. Would stay here again as the location is really great, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is pretty good. The pictures don't match the booking. We booked a simple double room (the only type available through booking) and we were allowed to choose upon arrival but both available rooms were tiny, had a window only to the hallway with the thinnest curtains so you woke up every time someone passed and turned on the light, walls were very thin. The next morning we asked if they had better rooms available and luckily they had suites which were 100% better.

first they had something wrong with my room and then needed to change us, the room had some mold on the wall, no water on the sink and it smelled really weird.

Everything, the personnel was kind and helpful, breakfast was complete with Yogurt, Granola, Juice, Fresh Fruits, Coffee, Tea, Milk, Toaster, ham, different breads and cheese. Many cakes, tarts, scrambled eggs, and my favorite from Brazil: Sausages with tomate sauce, highly recomended The room was big, had a fridge and things to eat there if you requested delivery, the bathroom has a big step to enter or go out which is important if you travel with an elderly, ensure you don't book a room with that to avoid accidents The stairs, we were on the 3rd floor and it was uncomfortable not having an elevator, but given the price i would say it's fair. The wifi was unusable, slow and with many disconnections, you will need to rely on your data plan even for social media browsing

The staff were excellent. Manger was very nice and spoke English. Breakfast was good. Noise. No windows. Old decor, but well kept.

Nothing Professionalism in managing reservations and customer care

everything, mainly the good treatment from the staff, amazing breakfast, very clean nothing, all was perfect

The bed was comfortable and we requested more pillows and got them. The WIFI in our room was good because we basically had our own router. Breakfast was decent, lots of shell in the eggs which put me off a bit but not the worst. Had laundry done at a decent price. Good location, AC was really good. Arrived early hours having paid for that night and the guy on reception was just shrugging his shoulders, it was after midnight and we'd messaged to explain our flight got in late and they said it was ok, but it seems they hadn't told him and he didn't speak English. So initially we thought we'd have to sit in the foyer all night, then he moved us to another property down the road in a proper weird room and building, only to come back once the owner had got our message to move us into the room. At this point it was getting on for 2:30am! The whole place felt a bit shabby around the edges too, door handle fell off bathroom door, couldn't see through window for example.

Breakfast is perfect, many options. Noisy room, hard to get sleep. To expensive for a room like that.

The breakfast was excellent everyday. Freshly prepared and lots of choice. The staff worked really hard providing the food and keeping the breakfast area clean & tidy. The communal area was nice to sit in. Location was good for local.beach and metro. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The shower was good. Air conditioning was effective. Had a fridge which was really handy. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room was dark, and small. And the only opening window, opened onto a boiler room/ services. Which was a constant noise in the room. Air conditioning did start to leak water towards the end of stay. No storage space or cupboard for clothes.

The staff were good, allowed to leave bags also The room was on the third floor which was really hot and the air conditioner didn’t work very good. There is no window to the outside. The shower hot water unit shorted out and all the lights in the room started flickering. Also before the shower failed the temperature was either really hot or not warm enough. The couch bed was not comfortable at all.

We didn’t liked nothing, wanted to leave as soon as we identify the scam on the photos uploaded to bookings and the horrible rooms they offering small and smelly very humid and there was 5 beds in our room when we booked a totally different thing THEY ROBBED YOU! they don’t have the reservation ready for you and still charge you

If you want to sleep at night then stay away from here. You can hear the entire corridor on the 2nd level. No noise dampening. A cheaply built hotel. Zero sleep. The worst ever. Zero value for money.

THERE IS NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS PROPERTY STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY. It is basically a favela in the city. The location is terrible, the streets at night are quiet and sketch. It is far from the beach and any area you could socialize. In addition, the worst part is the room itself. The rooms have no windows, only a tiny (metal) barred opening that doesn't even have a proper lock and some flimsy curtains to close over it. Anyone walking in the hallway could stare into your room. The rooms are very stuffy and smell like mold. The bathroom is small and the faucet is in the room. And they charged us $100 per night for the room. Any hostel is probably better quality than this. I was misled by the price into thinking it was a decent place. I was not expecting anything fancy for the price point, but nothing this bad either. It felt like prison rooms.
