The hotel was in excellent condition and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and delicious. Everything was great.

Nothing Old mattress, too much noise ( there is a Ubanda religion in front of it) elevator to far from the room they put me, bathroom tiles and shower doors dirty

We only liked the breakfast buffet, which it was good and clean. The room had a strong and uncomfortable smell, the walls were dirty and even the wall picture was dirty from liquid splash marks. The pillow was flat and there were no extra pillows in the room. The room was listed for 3 people but only had 2 personal single blankets and they never brought the extra one for us. The staff was the worse. When I asked if they would help us take our 6 luggages upstairs since I travelled with my 79 year old mother and my 13 year old daughter, they told me that they were not a 4 or 5 star hotel and did not have this type of service. They were very rude and unpolite and did not help. Also, the room facing the back of the hotel was very noisy and had ZERO insulation. All sounds came through the window openings so we heard everything and a local show was happening all night long so we could not sleep. We even smelled cigarette smoke inside our rooms from the people smoking outside. And this was on the second floor. When asked if we could be moved to a quieter room, they couldn't help us, so we did not sleep at all. I will never step foot in this place ever again. Stay away from this hotel.

Only the entrance is good. Rest of everything is dirty, broken, smelly.. The room was big but everything was broken or dirty or smelly. The bathroom door did not close, It was smelly and I got a throat infection because of that. Th AC was working but outer parts were broken, it made heavy noise whole night. The breakfast had very limited options. Never expected a hotel of this quality from Atlantic Network.

I liked the size of the room and shower was big. Also I liked the location. I was expecting more options at breakfast or at least what they that would be good and tasteful but it wasn't. At least the coffee was good. Room it wasn't cleaned and had some sand on the floor also it looked that the single bed bedsheets it wasn't washed and probably reused.

Breakfast Bad staff, bad behavior, the bed sheets seems not clean and so the towels. A very rude man at the reception.
