Great location! Good breakfast and comfortable room. Some of the Staff members are not polite. Front desk employees super nice and people in the breakfast area. Kind of loud in the morning when people start getting in the elevator.

Queda cerca a los sitios turísticos del centro pero no queda cerca a las principales playas de Río (Ipanema y Copacabana). El sitio donde está puede percibirse un poco inseguro de noche pero hay comercios cerca. Una de las habitaciones tenía moho en el baño.

This was a very disappointing experience. The hotel canceled our reservation at 6p the night we arrived and had already pre-approved a late check-in. We were able to get a room but the room was dirty (stained sheets, general grim). The breakfast area was crowded and unclean. I do not recommend booking here.

Breakfast Linens terrible, no blanket (i asked for one several times), towels very old and rough, asked for extra pillow and it was denied because the room had 1 pillow per person, staff at reception very rude. I staied before in this hotel and liked it, but the quality has decreased significantly.

Location We found bed bugs in our room, which was really disappointing. They did change our room, but the overall service was poor. The sauna wasn’t working even though I informed them an hour in advance as they advised. The pool was cold. On the positive side, the views were nice, the location was great, and the included breakfast was average.

Great restaurants, good amenities overall, staff is very kind and helpful. Location is great but don’t wander around the streets at sunset.
