Very close proximity to Copacabana Beach, restaurants and other attractions.

Good location Very small room

Location is close to the Copacabana Beach and multiple good restaurants. Some staff members were really polite and kind, speaking English quite well. 1. No noise isolation so you can hear your neighbors very well. My neighbors were some drug addicts from France who had parties and fights every night, hotel staff genuinely said they can do nothing about it and only suggested me to move to a lower floor room to get farther from these. (room downgrade) 2. Breakfast menu is the same every day with very limited warm food options: same scrambled eggs, same overcooked bacon, same bread toast, same sausages in tomato sauce — everything else is just fruits, cakes and yoghurts. I was not able to eat the same food for long so at some point just switched to cakes and yoghurts which are not the best for breakfast every day, if you have a long stay. 3. Every time I was taking a towel for a pool or beach I had to sign a paper, which is an unusual experience.

Easy to commute everywhere, one block from Copacabana beach. The team was incredible, and the apartment was exceptional! It looks a little bit out of date, but it's a good hotel in general

We liked that it was clean no major problems! Very close to everything we did while staying in RIO. We loved the restaurant and even got room service and it was great! The AC unit leaked when left on.

The staff are very friend, the location while not optimal is still very convenient, and our room had ocean view. There are no specific dislikes.

The location and the place was nice It was to expensive for that kind of hotel.

The only not so bad part of the horel was the location. Close to the beach. Breakfast was Ok. Breakfast staff was food and eager to help. I really do not understand how this hotel can be a 4 star horel. What are the conditions for ir to be so? Accomodations aren”t that good. Falcilities are poor. There is no place to put both suitcases in room. It looks and feels outdated. There is no service elevator. Neighbour ordered roomservice and plates laid on the table all evening and the entore next morning… Overall NOT GOOD. Not what you would expect of a four star.

The walls are extremely thin. you can hear everything from other rooms. The staff were not friendly, especially the manager. He was rude and unprofessional, even in front of my visitor.

ı stayed in the first floor, the room was noisy with ac outside also with noise coming from street and bars.
