نظيف و الاثاث جديد و تعامل الموظفين ممتاز الستائر كانت قصيرة ولا تحجب أشعة الشمس بشكل كافٍ، مما سمح بدخول الضوء منذ شروق الشمس وأثر على جودة النوم.

من افضل فنادق الرياض وبنظري افضل من كثير من فنادق الخمس نجوم لا من ناحية النظافة ولا حتى من ناحية جودة الإفطار. الأهم من هذا كله موظفين الأستقبال .. في منتهى الحرفية وخدومين وودودين جداً وتحس أنك تعرفهم من فترة طويلة من الآخر أنصح فيه وبقوة وهو فندقي المفضل بالرياض لا شيء

My stay at Novotel Riyadh Sahafa exceeded all expectations. I was visiting Riyadh for work, and the hotel provided everything I needed for a comfortable and productive stay. The room was spacious, modern, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high quality options every morning. What truly stood out was the outstanding service from the front desk team. Every time I approached them with a question or issue, it was resolved quickly, professionally, and with genuine kindness. They even followed up the next day to ensure everything was satisfactory and that I was happy with the outcome. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was remarkable. The location is also fantastic quiet, peaceful, and yet conveniently located. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Riyadh. Honestly, there was nothing significant to dislike. Any minor issue that arose was addressed immediately and professionally by the staff, leaving no reason for concern. The team handled everything exceptionally well.

The reception staff were so welcoming, especially Loujain and Omar. The breakfast restaurant team were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast itself was excellent. The hotel is very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with an excellent location. Highly recommended. The stay was excellent overall. The only suggestion would be to provide a wider selection of pillows, as different guests may have different comfort preferences.

All staff interactions were professional and friendly. The breakfast was good. The room had excellent user interfaces: lights, airco, shower. Connecting to the internet was very bad. Its not the first time I am experiencing this. Hotels force you to login to their CRM page to capture your data so that they can spam you. That's not issue but in 99% of cased those dedicated login pages do NOT popup on your laptop. On my phone I had to create an account and when it appeared that I had an account already, I needed a password to use the internet on my phone. Terrible CX. Do something about this because its causing so much nuisance that it affects a customer's mood.
