It was near to my place of work so i had to travel less in morning rush hour. -Rude and Disrespectful Staff. - This hotel is in a heavy construction zone. - All night was disturbed with heavy machinery being operated in this construction zone. - Don’t expect to have invoice from this property, they will ask you to get from Expedia. Now it’s very hard for me to claim my expenses. - I booked thru Booking.com but they said i booked thru expedia, i never used that platform. - Had to discuss and push even to find booking with them, as the guy outrightly rejected that they have my booking, the check in took an hour of arguments to honor the bookings for which i paid upfront before reaching hotel, and mind you this is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Fantastic location, very clean facilities. However the hotel is surrounded by construction sites if you cant handle noises it will be an issue for you. Other than that a great value find in riyadh Outside construction noises can be heard all day, the guests elevators usually smell like cooking after meal times which is not convenient.

there was 24 hours demolition and construction work noise, the hotel room is not isolated properly we had very bad experience as we rent the hotel to sleep in the room not to have noise and continue digging all the day, the hotel should have told us about this issue before booking or even on check-in, the work is not 1 or 2 days, it is obvious that it is a big demolition work and new project construction.

It was a regular breakfast and nothing very special. But overall it is good. Our room has no Window View which for me is a very relaxing feature of the room.
