HE WAS NOT SUPPORTIVE AT ALL AT RECEPTION---VERY RUDE GUY AND DONT HAVE MANNER TO TALK TO GUEST. BOOKING SHOULD NOT RECOMMEND SUCH HOTEL TO GUEST ......BEING TIER 3 CUSOMER FOR BOKKING I HAS HORROBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS PROPERTY . LAST SAYING GO AND SEARCH ELSEWHERE ---IN A VERY RUDE MANNER.

Our stayed at Sunday Central Luxury formerly Anan Hotel was awesome. Hotel clearly mentioned all the charges and did not charge any addition fees later on.

Breakfast timing is not as per what have been communicated. Restaurant opened late. Restaurant reception doesn't have list of the room which is BF is already included and they need to check by calling the reception. AC is shooting directly to the bed whatever you tried to adjusted as it is not a central AC. While the room is non-smoking, it is smell full of smoke and they didn't accept to change the room.
