They have laundry and vending machines which are helpful. I guess what I don't like is that they are really far from a bus stop and I have disability in my legs. I also got stressed this time but it's not because of them . They charge $15 for a late checkout and I don't like that. Overall they were good but I'd rather be closer to a bus stop. (It's 1/2 hours walk away).

The staff is great and the hotel is well maintained. However, I was very disappointed in the bed. It was very uncomfortable and the pillows were like floppy rags. Also, there was no bedside table provided so I had to lay my glasses and phone on the other bed which was very inconvenient as I don't see well without my glasses

I felt I was camping in a third world country. T.V. did not work. I needed a amazon password. I could not remember my amazon password, am not giving the motel a private password. I have never heard of a hotel without free T.V. to catch local news. No security latch on the enterance door in my room, did not feel safe, No hot water. I shaved my face with cold water. No table lamp next to the bed. Had to find my way in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. The bed made noises like it was about to far apart. The same people were always hanging out at the hotel enterance. One asked me for money. They seemed to know the front desk women. Maybe they live at the hotel for free. Not comfotable for guests. The whole vibe was bad. Hotel needs to be torn down.

Clean room...

Love the nice kitchenette and very nice staff.

The room had two small throw pillows on a queen bed,,m for the pillow to lay your head on, to sleep on. One for my wife, one for me. The "clean sheets" on the bed were yellow and dirty looking. The room furniture consisted of a yellow children's bench that had a blue pad on it a yellow wall table with a TV that turned on, but said service was disconnected. A two burner cook top and old microwave. For a "kitchenette suite", there was not even a plastic spoon or a single napkin in the room. The refrigerator was cold, so that was good, but for a 4 floor hotel, only one older ice machine in the whole building. There was nothing to put ice in however, management didn't even have a paper cup I could use to put ice in. I don't even know if it worked.

location that it did not have pots, pans and dishes , do offer breakfast no pool and all the things that it show on booking site

Staff was helpful. Room was clean but worn.

Also, I don’t know what they clean with, but pet smells must be hard to get out of the rooms. It doesn’t stink or anything, but doesn’t smell fresh either. Also, I have rarely had everything I need in the room. They are usually missing something. The iron is the most likely culprit. But washcloths or one of the drying towels is a close second. And finally, I noticed you have to bring EVERYTHING you need to prepare food. I’ve seen suites have a few pots and silverware, but not this place. For the most part, I’m just getting rest from a long drive from the Twin Cities, so it’s not a bad deal at all.

Very nice staff and great affordable prices rooms where pretty decent for the price

Hardwood floor and electric stove. There are no coffee maker, very dirty floor like it never clean. Maid staffs not so friendly. Front desk staff isn't honest about total cost of stays, best you do is booking on apps and keep the confirmation number than do in person because you won't get discount. Dishonest. A lot of dead roaches and live roaches trapped in all lights on the ceiling. A lot of stains on refrigerator, walls etc. There are no lamps. I cant relax on bed while too bright lights on ceiling or room will too dark because of no lamps. I would say this hotel is outdated w old stuffs.

I travel alot and for the price you Can't beat it My family stayed a week foe 400 and some change One of the best hotels I've seen in a while
-
I pre registered my rooms moths in advance to have rooms at least on the same floor. I showed up they had a room on the 2nd floor and a room in the 5th floor. If you want quality service and a quality stay, this IS NOT the space for you

Absolutely horrible. I could not even stay the night.

I didnt like anything about this hotel, I had thought the area was nice from afar but when we drove up to park it was a completely different vibe. There were people out front and around the building smoking ( not cigarettes ). When we walked up to the building the looks we were getting were making us feel unsafe. When entering the hotel we immediately noticed the smell of moldy/smoke. The receptionist was nice so we checked in and went up to the room. When entering the room we were not happy, immediately we noticed the heater was covered in ( something ) it looked disgusting, the floors under the bed had not been swept, the walls had spots of God knows what on them. Working at a hotel before I checked the bed, first thing I noticed was the lack of comfort they offer, the pillows they had looked like they hadn't been changed out in years, super flat and no fluff at all. There was small black hairs on the bed sheets, on the mattress protectors there were stains as well. The bathroom tub had hairs in it as well. The whole room looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly for awhile. The photos advertised are completely false advertisement. We unfortunately did NOT stay here, having a child with us we chose not to stay due to the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact we did not feel safe as well.

I didn't even check in customer service was really bad so I canceled and went home. It's a low budget facility that's for sure definitely needs some upgrading some new staff clean up outside just a dirty place Nothing
