The motel was very clean but still had a musty smell in the halls. Love that the room had no carpet to hold all the nasty stuff. Lol. Was nice and cool with the air conditioning going. Beds were not comfortable. Didn’t sleep. Breakfast was bare minimum. No toast. Just bagels, hard boiled eggs on shells(rubbery) and yogurt and toppings. Some dry cereal also. Wasn’t impressed with the breakfast but it was clean. All in all, we will skip this little because of the beds and the breakfast.

Started my stay on a not so good note. Had to wait more than 15 minutes for someone to check me in. Other than that, accommodations were great great.

The property was very nice and felt new. The only main complaint was the breakfast was bars, fruit, cereal, and hard boiled egg's. Not impressed with that. My husband said we won’t stay there again. He likes a bigger breakfast.

Very nice clean rooms. The staff is super nice and friendly. Breakfast wasn’t extravagant, but it had fresh fruit and pretty much just the right things you needed to get the day going in a healthy manner. Really happy with our stay here. It’s really close to the gamehaven bike trails for our race this weekend.

If your looking for a place with just yogurt for breakfast then this is your place.

It is very fresh and new feeling. If you’re in Rochester for Mayo Clinic, the free shuttle is nice. However, it is a rather long ride. The location is quiet. Not on a busy highway or in a city center. Complementary breakfast is a little skimpy compared to others. I’ve stayed at for the price, but it was adequate. You’re out in the suburbs, so there is not a lot within walking distance if that’s important to you

When we first arrived, everything looked great. The front desk staff was helpful. Friendly welcomed us with fresh fruit and a nice cold bottle of water. Upon arriving to the room, the room looks nice but after unpacking and sitting on the bed for a little bit. We noticed that our room was infested with bed bugs

Nice staff. About 6 miles from MAYO so you don't have to pay to park your car there like you do close to the hospital. There is a shuttle that takes you to the clinic. The breakfast is skimpy.
