Every lampshade was moldy, the bathroom light didn't work, and toilet only partially flushed.

This was the last room and we had to request a refund from our booking site and find another room. The other occupants came to the desk and requested a refund as well.

Our room had an unusual smell. Big bathroom light did not work and had to ask for more toilet paper and towels.

The hotel was clean and staff was helpful. Only down side was the onsite Guest Laundry was no working. It was an inconvenience to try and find a laundry mat when my stay was unexpectedly extended.

Rao at the front desk was very kind. In fact the whole staff we encountered were great. Our room was infested with ants. When we let Rao at the front desk know, he was very apologetic and got us into another room and discounted us for our first night.

The price was good, the staff was very accommodating, if I ever need a place to stay in Rochester I will definitely be booking with La Quinta Nothing really that they can help. birds have made nests under the carport & they r everywhere. Again it's not a big deal.
