Staff excellent Breakfast ok Only thing the recliner was missing a bolt somebody replaced it with a zip tie. Should fix for next time. Everything else is very good thank you

The staff was friendly, check-in was easy, and everything I needed for a comfortable stay was available. If you’re looking for a practical, affordable place to stay close to Mayo Clinic rather than a destination resort, this is a solid choice. I’d stay here again for the convenience alone.

Excellent suite with Murphy Bed. Classic well kept interior. Shuttle to Mayo Clinic was very prompt and staff was extremely accommodating. So friendly and happy. Breakfast was the usual eggs ,sausage, biscuits and gravy and breakfast entrees. Great place without any fluff. No unneeded BLING!

Absolutely amazing hotel to stay at if you have celiac or need to be gluten free. It was a dream! Rooms are a little dated but overall great place and location to Mayo!

The place was very old not well maintained ... when I walked in the registration door it smelled like fish ... parking was difficult ... room hard to find ... I didn't even get into the room and asked for a refund

In room, TV would not work, maintenance called on multiple occasions before swapping it out, and then a breaker switch was thrown downing power to the TV, lamp, refridgerator, had to call maintenace again. The power bar was way overloaded with appliances causing a hazardous situation. The hotel is ok, but showing it age in some appearance areas, (carpeting, loose handrails, Etc.) The attached restaurant, Twigs had good food, servers were over worked / understaffed but doing their best. I would probably not stay here agin, unless needing Mayo Hospital services which is in close proximity.

The restaurant on site was affordable, nice staff and tasty food. We did not have to wait to be seated.

The staff transferred me to a different room, but unfortunately it had the same cleanliness issues. At that point, I decided to cancel the rest of my stay and book another hotel. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you value cleanliness. The condition of the rooms raised serious health concerns, and the overall experience was unacceptable.

The room was clean and the stay was pleasant. Easy parking and access to Mayo.

Also Having the on-site restaurant is a huge bonus....plus the food is excellent. They do take out have a dedicated gluten-free kitchen .
