This hotel was wonderful for our 2 night stay in Rochester for my day surgery at the Mayo Clinic. This time in particular I appreciated being just a block from the Mayo West Parking Garage and the underground walkways helping us avoid construction , it took a 10 minute walk to get to Methodist or Hilton (for labs). The hotel was stocked with chicken noodle soup, and the kitchen in our room was spotless and very functional for us post surgery. The hotel also had a shuttle that ran frequently to the Mayo buildings; you could also schedule one if you needed a specific time. Loved having a recliner in the room as well; this was invaluable after my surgery. Our room did overlook the construction site and I was amazed and pleased we heard very little noise. This is a newer Marriott; it has a modern feel and everything is new. The coffee shop in lobby level is fantastic. The Marriott staff made our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was good. The air conditioner did not keep the rooms cool, the fan that was installed to move air from living room into bedroom had to be on at all times, and it was way to loud. Bathroom was tiny,

Friendly staff, property is always super clean. Spacious rooms and comfy beds. Breakfast is better than most hotel breakfasts. Love that breakfast and dining area has plenty of space; other hotels in area have small dining rooms and get crowded fast.

Hotel was great, 1 block from Mayo. Great amenities. Only downfall was the underground parking ramp. Very steep and cramped - but we were in a full size truck. Other than that - I'd definitely start there again.

Very clean, very safe and comfortable No free parking. Motel guest should never have to pay for parking. Many are i. The area to visit patients at Mayo and should not be subjected to additional cost

Waited 45 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. Right as I was thinking of leaving someone poked their head out of the staff door, and then closed it in front of him and went away. The cleaner then looked in the door and nobody was there.
