The hotel needs an update. The front desk staff was extremely helpful in reservation changes. The breakfast had lots of options.

Short stay while family member in the hospital. Very convient, clean, breakfast was fresh. Parking was a bit of a problem due to all of the construction but it worked out parking in the Graham parking garage. Only about a block away.

Room adequate, serious lack of electrical outlets was a problem. Breakfast pretty limited but very good. Wish there was coffee option other than the $10/cup option in the lobby. Staff were very friendly. Housekeeping only on request I don't care about that but some might. Proximity to Mayo is fantastic!!! MUCH better pricing than Kahler Grand a few blocks away. Very limited parking.

Its convenience to the Mayo Clinic is in paralleled. Old but clean and very comfortable.

Passcode room key cards did not work. Had to get re-keyed several times. Breakfast food quality was average. Refund for shortened stay was difficult to process, according to expedia. Location to Mayo was excellent, which overrides any other deficiencies.

It was not worth the money and they overcharged me. My receipt and what they charged are not accurate. Never going there again.

bed was like sleeping on a concrete floor. wife got locked out in the parking garage. second key did not work for door.

Otherwise, staff was friendly, the access to the hospital was great.

For Mayo patients, the location cannot be beat! Affordable, clean, and so convenient.

Air conditioner was so loud I could not sleep and shutting it off was too warm so I basically did not get any sleep.

Ripped carpet, curled up and worn cheap furniture, springs coming through mattress, smells musty and moldy! Requested a different room, same thing. Cancelled our other nights.
