Everyone was very helpful throughout our stay. Our Tower Suite was wonderful and amenities were great.

-
Impressive customer service, everyone was wonderful! The air conditioner is old though so room felt a little warm and stuffy.
-
The quality of service in the towers is beyond words.
-
We stayed in the towers section of the hotel. Truly remarkable. Staff was extremely accommodating to our needs.

You can't get anymore convenient to the Mayo Clinic than this hotel. A five minute walk and you are there. The staff was incredible! Just the nicest and most accommodating as they could possibly be. The room we got was spaciest. Some of the bathroom fixtures could use an update but all work fine.
-
I will most definitely stay again. Such a wonderful experience!
-
Definitely the premier place to stay when visiting the Mayo. Top notch service.
-
wOW! Couldn't be better
-
The staff was excellent. We helped Rochester's economy with our shopping in the LL level. Considering what you are there for, they made it so much more pleasant and welcoming/
-
Proximity to the Mayo Clinic, the kindness of the staff and their professionalism and their willingness to help in any way. They’re fully stocked Lounge. It’s just a bit older and could definitely use a remodel, but regardless, the cleanliness and the kindness of the staff made up for that.

Excellent accommodations, amazing staff
-
From our arrival at the valet to having them put our bags in the wrong vehicle upon our departure--we could several things that make us feel that we made a huge mistake moving from the Hilton to the Kahler Towers. Candidly, we thought we were in a ICE detention camp! Just awful!
-
I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff was exceptional, the room was exceptional and all amenities were exceptional!
-
Everything was perfect. Thank you.

Everything was wonderful.

Was okay
-
Literally across the street from Mayo and Ruth Chris on the first level.
-
The proximity to the Mayo Clinic is the greatest selling point of this hotel. At one time, I am sure the hotel was above average. Today it is tired and everything looks old. Some things are quite worn. Our room was dark. We had a burned out bulb in the bathroom which I asked to have replaced. No one came to do it.

Good breakfast and Ruth Chris steakhouse on property was great. Very comfortable quiet and clean room. Shane and David were fantastic and hospitable. Easiest access to Mayo Clinic. Loved that it was also a historical hotel.
