Quick stay, room was small, but we just needed a quick stay and ease of access to Mayo. Parking was right there, easy access.

Showers were old and could not maintain temperature. Hair dryer did not work. Requested a king size bed and did not get it. Very disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay at Kahler Grand Hotel. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

2nd stay at Kahler Grand. Super convenient. Good bed & linens, front desk and valet parking staff are incredibly helpful. Quiet. Our room was small, but adequate. Small bathroom. Multiple restaurant options inside hotel or within easy walk. Charlton & Eisenberg are literally across the street, as is Gonda. Reasonable rates. Highly recommend.

I loved it was right across the street from Mayo Clinic. On Thursday evenings downtown they have a marvelous festival with music and so many vendors. You have to check out the fudge. The staff was great and I received immediate results from questions and requests.

Check in was quick and efficient. Staff at desk and at valet were helpful. Valet gave directions to self park and very friendly and helpful. Room was good but bathroom was small and doorway entrance to the bathroom was very narrow. Pool area was bright and clean and very enjoyable. Excellent location for appointments at Mayo.

We had a wonderful stay. Everyone we came in contact with during our stay was so kind and caring. It’s so nice, especially when you are going thru a difficult, scary time going thru testing at Mayo Clinic.

Clean rooms and friendly staff

It truly was a great experience.

This a very nice and convenient hotel for Mayo Clinic patients. The restaurant inside the hotel is very nice also.
-
The Kahler is always an excellent choice…particularly if you are visiting the Mayo Clinic.

Was not told of two functions that happened when we stayed there. Live bands playing music all night on Thursday and an outside wedding with live music on Friday playing until 10:30pm. We were right above the wedding and had a view from our 3rd floor window. It was extremely loud and very uncomfortable from our room. They should have told us and arranged to offer a different room in the facility. I have more appointments coming up at the Mayo Clinic and will not be staying at the Kahler Grand again! Worst experience I’ve ever had!!!

We will stay there when we return in July.

I really liked the stay. Beautiful hotel. I really liked the 24-7 little store they have with everything needed for travel and food
-
The rooms were really dated and dark. Felt like it wasn’t taken care of as well as other hotels in its price range.

The convenience to Mayo Clinic couldn’t be better. The room had been upgraded and was nice, the bathroom was small and there was not enough soundproofing in both the room and bathroom. Parking is an extra cost, they say is $24.00 but in reality it was $25.95
