This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and love it! Very nice stay! We do wish they would provide more of a sitting outside and more chairs, tables, etc. on the rooftop terrace. It has a great view and it is really nice to sit there during the day or at night. Both of the restaurants in the hotel are wonderful and have fabulous food! I recommend staying at this hotel!

the bed was terrible. we hardly slept all night. the beds are not comfortable and not in line with the rest of the hotel.

Very nice, clean downtown hotel with skyway access to the Mayo Clinic. Our room had a great view. Great bar and steakhouse attached. Valet staff was great! The front desk staff seemed rushed and weren’t welcoming. The bed was uncomfortable and the shower was within a deep bathtub.
