This hotel was very enjoyable to stay at from driving onto the property to the friendly desk staff and the amenities around the lobby. The room was very neat and orderly very clean very friendly people in the area had a nice restaurant next-door after our long day was very nice to have a nice meal and a good sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel

I was impressed with the cleanliness and friendly staff. They left towel animals that were quite fun! The hotel was quiet. The breakfast was a standard one, pretty basic.

Stopped here for the weekend. It's a very good convenient area close to Walmart and other stores. Room's where very clean. Breakfast was also good eggs biscuits and gravy bacon. Would definitely stay again. Staff was very helpful

We stayed here 1 night while visiting Rochester. There was ample parking and the lobby was welcoming. The room was very clean, beds and pillows were super comfortable. The towels were a little thin, but there was plenty of them. Complimentary breakfast was great! Hot options as well as cold options. The dining room had plenty of tables and the hosts kept everything stocked. The hotel is very close to plenty of restaurants and downtown Rochester. After we checked out and left, the front desk attendant called us to let us know my husband forgot his jacket in our room. That was so kind! Luckily we were still in town and picked it up. We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was very clean but the beds were very old and creaky. Woke up with backache. Shampoo provided but no conditioner. Only one bar of soap for sink. None for shower. Breakfast was only til nine am. Usually hotels go til nine thirty or ten. So had to go over to Perkins next store which cost us 40.00 for breakfast. Want expecting that. I usually book hotels with continental breakfast so I do t have to spend anymore money on breakfast.

Not the needy place to stay. Front desk personnel was very aloof and didn’t take care of tasks we asked about. At least the room. W as Clem. However AC was set at 72° and we couldn’t change it. So I froze all night I had asked for a walk-in shower in when we got there. They said they were all rented out so I asked for a chair to sit in the tub and they got me one, but it was all dirty and nasty so I didn’t use it all in all not a good experience.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Room was comfortable and clean. Good area. Went for walks everyday. Next to Perkins, near Flap Doodles and Circle K. Our first choice to stay in Rochester.

Passable

Welcoming staff. A feeling of caring through the little details like candy by your bed, origami animal towels, ice water always filled.
-
The towels were folded into animal shapes. It might have been a little thing, but to me it showed care for me. There was a leather chair that was very worn. It didn't have to be new, but I think the worn spots could have been fixed.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Close to a restaurant.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Ice on each floor was nice. Elevator was good to have for the circumstance I was there. Single bed rooms appear bigger on websites. They were pretty tight. Not everyone can gauge a square footage by a number.
