The bed was awful,my husband and my backs hurt so bad from the bed that we had to go home

The grab and go breakfast was nutrigrain bars and muffins. I'd have liked one real food option, like a banana or something. There were carpet stains in the hallways, but that seems to be the norm in any budget hotel... And sometimes more expensive ones.

Excellent Staff and great location For recreation travel there are better options. Breakfast is grab and go prepackaged muffins and cereal bars that are not restocked though initially plentiful. Towels and facilities are all well worn. Kitchenettes are not stocked so you have to request items from the front. No trailer parking or overlength parking.

Odd. You have a kitchen but no dishes, silverware or pans.

Hotel was nice. Only issue we had, was our room had an awful "food" smell that would not go away. It was very nauseating. Room was very clean and staff was very kind.

Refund policy not being met

Traveling with my kids, it’s always nice to have a little extra room. That’s why we like the extended stays, they’re affordable,plus you can put your leftovers in the fridge

Beautiful hotel

I got to my room late after driving 13 hours. I took a shower and started to get in bed. The sheets were dirty. There was hair and dead bugs in it. I wad so tired. I slept on top of the blanket. The room had an odor from someone smoking in the room too. The breakfast was just a Muffin and fruit bar. Not what I was expecting. The hallway carpet looked like it needed replaced.

The refrigerator was VERY LOUD with a rattle and was not cooling properly; when management was informed, they said they did not have any other room to offer us and that they would send maintenance to look at it - they did not come to look at it. We ended up staying but had to turn the refrigerator off which had an impact on items we had brought for our stay - and no ice machine to help provide cooling option. Staff was nice but the overall stay was less than expected. When checking-out in morning, there was no one at front desk just a phone to reach management - I was told we'd receive a discount on our next stay! Next stay!! I think not!! see above comments

At this point in time I was sorry for sheets that was extra cars for seats for cleaning the sheets which it should be already included in the hotel fee secondly my cold water did not work in the sink surgery refrigerator was dirty and then turn he gave me do not return to the hotel because I complain not to mention the animal hair around the kitchen floor and sink and even in the bathtub bathtub sleep and the floors I don't know hair I don't know hair and it would like we were still pictures is thats fair

Location was great. The river view was marvelous.
