The property is a little rundown. No WiFi. Took forever to get WARM water. Noisy air conditioning and fridge, but the room was clean.

Nice. I only stayed for one night, but I had a good experience at the Microtel in Rochester. My room was clean and comfortable, the continental breakfast was good, and there was plenty of parking available. Overall, it was a convenient and pleasant stay.

Brown stuff on walls and carpet, peeling paint on ceiling, broken towel rack and fan in bathroom, dirty bathroom floor, musty smell in room.
