From the outside the hotel looks outdated. The rooms were good outdated but clean. A mile away from downtown area. Attached to Dave’s barbecue which was good. Grocery and laundry nearby and on the bus route. Hotel staff helpful with a coffee and a breakfast served every morning I would definitely book again.

They charged me for two rooms even though I had one and the one the TV never worked. Things are falling off the wall. It smelled absolutely horrible in my room. It just wasn't really bad experience.

Even though the building is a bit dated, the value was a definite plus. Nice discount for Mayo Clinic patients, much appreciated. The rooms were good sized and beds were comfortable. We will book again. The free breakfast was a little bit lacking.

The pool was nice we did alot of swimming The beds we awful so uncomfortable, you could feel the spring the bed mad crunchy noises as you moved.

Staff was very helpful from the time we arrived until we left. If we needed anything, they were right on top of it. I would stay there again if and when I return to Minnesota

We had an issue with our first room battery was dead on door lock so they were able to move us. We appreciated the accomadati9n and the breakfast. Staff was helpful. Could use maybe a swing or slide outside by the dinosaur statue. My son pived it.

Older property but well maintained. Rooms were updated and large in size. Clean with all amenities. Breakfast was good and included hot sausages and scrambled eggs.

Decent hotel for the Mayo Clinic. Older, but the price is right. I would stay aga.

Hard to find and very dirty. Smelled like pot. We canceled our reservation and booked somewhere else. The room they gave us hadn’t been cleaned and was full of empty beer cans. It was disgusting.

The rooms were clean & well maintained. It was quiet. They have a pool, exercise room, vending machines & a small arcade. The continental breakfast was pretty extensive. Included waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cold cereal, yogurt, bread, English muffins, bagels, etc... plenty of parking and has a Famous Dave's in front. Easy access to stores, restaurant and St. Mary's/ Mayo hospital.

We were there for a family member being treated at Mayo and the stay was everything we needed to be comfortable. The desk clerk was amazing, so helpful.
