Another great stay. Clean, quiet, safe and affordable. Out of seven motels on Riverview street go to Royal Regency Inn first.

There always has to be a balance for an inexpensive hotel- you definitely cannot expect anything fancy or overly nice, but you do want it to feel safe and clean. This place didn’t really feel safe or clean. There were bugs immediately when we entered the room (I did not find bed bugs, but I felt compelled to check). The room was extremely outdated (sort of hard to believe how outdated). Most importantly, the front door seemed to have been broken in at some point and did not even latch properly. We did stay the night, but we were very happy to leave…

Piden deposito, aparte de la renta del cuarto, y los demás hoteles en los que me he quedado ninguno pide depósito extra, aparte el baño no cuanta con shampoo, ni jabón suficiente, el personal no está atento cuando la gente llega para pedir la habitación, los encargados andan en otro lado perdiendo el tiempo y dejan a la.gente esperando

It was a lot of roaches in there there did not let me stay for my full three days which I paid Charged me extra money

Clean room

Absolutely not. Guy was rude at check in, room walls were patched with plaster. We walked in the room and with in 2 minutes ended up seeing AND killing 4 roaches. Disgusting

Nice place to stay

My second stay here and it was just as good as the first visit. Clean, quiet, affordable, great staff and NO BUGS!

When I opened my door and entered I was immediately more impressed with the room. Everything was clean. The bathroom was amazingly clean…shoot everything was clean!! The bed and temperature in the room perfect were perfect! Carpet vacuumed, the bathroom floor shined. The best part was NO BUGS. NONE! Also no homeless or drugs addicts around and no one hanging around outside all night. Very quiet and peaceful. That has been hard to find. I’m grateful. I will definitely be returning to this motel. Thank you running an affordable and quite motel.

Good overall

Nothing The room was filthy sorry. Cigarette burns in the bed linen, only gave us 1 towel, roaches in the room, the air didn't work, and the toilet made a loud sound all night. Wait place we have ever stayed.

Exceptional

Family and I refused to even take deep breaths inside of that septic tank. Did NOT stay in that dump. We wouldn't allow our fur babies to spend 1o minutes inside of that shit hole. Put it this way. The very BEST thing about my EXTREMELY BRIEF visit inside of that lobby, was SPEEDING AWAY FROM it.
