The night shift worker was rude unprofessional and disrespectful. Did not listen about the WiFi password not being long enough. And proceeded to walk off. Instead of showing me the correct WiFi to use. Very unprofessional place. Oh I never been to a choice hotel I couldn’t take my food to my room while I got dressed. I would recommend a different one in the area not this one.

The breakfast

The room was very clean though a little worn out but the AC worked great! The breakfast was better than expected! The offered hot waffles, warm scrambled eggs and biscuits with warm sausage gravy.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting! It's infested with roaches. The staff is rude AF and the place is packed with junkies and dope boys. This place should be shut down. Definitely not a place for families with small children

Good as a budget option. Location is good. There were minor issues, but overall, let's say better than Motel 6.

The help accosted me when I tried to take a waffle back to my room to eat it. Told me I wasn’t allowed to leave the lobby with food. I asked and she didn’t give me a reason. I was attending my father’s funeral so getting to the church on time was more important than sitting down to eat. So I had to leave my breakfast. No one was at the front desk when I checked in for 10 mins. When she finally arrived, I saw her outside the front doors to vape.

Very nice people at the check-in. They were very accommodating. Breakfast was above average, but wasn’t overly stocked. Nice people that work that area.

All the hotels in the area were booked due to concerts and tournaments. Our AC went out at home, we unexpectedly needed two rooms, and this was the only hotel with two rooms available for the dates we needed. Now I understand why. The area felt super sketchy and the stairwell smelled like urine. There appeared to be long-term renters, with people barbecuing on balconies. One room was standard size while the other felt like a closet. In one bathroom, the showerhead wouldn’t tilt down, so the water literally shot you directly in the face and you had to shower sideways. My biggest concern was safety. My room door would NOT properly shut or lock unless I physically held it tight and played with the handle. The building had keypads for secured entry, yet the exterior and stairwell doors were propped open all night. Anyone could walk in! We slept there Saturday night ONLY. We kept the rooms as an emergency backup but chose to go home and brave an 86° house with 60% humidity rather than sleep there again. That should say everything. In 40+ years of staying in hotels, even when I was flat broke, this was hands down the WORST hotel experience I’ve ever had. Do not recommend.

Bathroom fan was inoperable, light switch and hair blower not working.

No. N.O. First sight of the facility and it looked shady as..... We tried to immediately cancel and couldn't. The hall that our room was on reeked of weed and mold. Our room smelled like stale urine and there were roaches. We killed so many roaches. We did not even attempt the breakfast or the pool. This place is disgusting and should be in a health violation. The little girl upon checkout was in pajamas and fuzzy slippers. Very unprofessional. We WILL NOT stay in this crap hole again.
