It was clean the staff was helpful and friendly

Nothing it was hard to find parking the air-conditioning didn't work and we didn't have towels or soap Everything just didn't have a choice it was either that or sleep in the car

It also was mixed in with long term low rent tenants. Hostess was very accommodating and tried to find acceptable room, just didn't work for us.

A bunch of people hanging outside, booked a hot tub room got there no hot tub available..

Found 1 dead roach under the table, 1 trying to escape the tub. The pool was closed and looked terrible. Funny smell in the halls. The. Jacuzzi look like it had cigarette burns on it and not well maintained. The AC struggled and the room. Was fairly warm. The front staff seemed nice enough. The public restroom had a dead roach in the middle of the floor. The urinal was leaking. Gives me the impression there's no maintenance to the buildings.

There were no ( zero) lamps by the bedside , no plugs bedside . I also saw two roaches and reported this to staff . I will not stay here again

The room was nasty . had dirty linen on the bed blood pee stains I had to report that still waiting nobody responding back for that it was a dirty diaper behind the folded up couch bed trash around the pool area was dirty. I just didn't have pleasant stay

No still waiting on my refund we did not stay there there was cockroaches in the bed we did not even stay there they said they were going to refund us and I still haven't received it

There were no hangers, iron, one small trash can. This is not a hotel for travelers. It looked like a transition home. Broken down cars in the parking lot. Dingy linen.

We arrived at hotel and was immediately bombarded with the odor of marijuana in the parking lot. We inside and advised the female clerk of this and that we weren’t comfortable staying at this hotel. She understood and said would not charge us and issue a refund.
