Bay Gardens Inn

Location, close to main road, mall and supermarket, room had a microwave and small fridge and was veey spacious Cam be noisy as no noise isolation,

That there didn't seem to be front desk help or towel attendant at Bay Garden Inn. I continuously had to go over to Bay Gardens Hotel repeatedly, which I wouldn't mind if it was just a sign telling you to do so. Also it was a bit inconvenient to not have a shelf in the shower to put your toiletries such as soap and shampoo. There was a dry line in the shower but it looked moldy. The shower was clean though.

Not one thing ,, Every single thing was wrong, No hot water AC was not working. The worst experience ever .

Breakfast was average, but staff were very attentive. The shuttle service between the hotels was useful. Good air conditioning in the rooms. Water pressure in rooms was not good. We changed rooms, but it deteriorated over time. Rooms were not updated. No fans in the bathroom. Not enough towel racks in the bathroom.

Not much entertainment

I did not like the not cleaning and a lot of food out of the rooms

The proximity to the shopping center and restaurants. The concierge was very helpful in arranging all our daily tours.

Very sad room, terrible breakfast

We booked room on the 1st floor and we got on the ground floor what was a big difference for us - after we spoke with a reception I got info they need to fix the problem with management and that's it. No one reacted , after 3 x asked by the receptionist we left this case cause away cause they don't care at all. Info from the reception- we are fully booked - no room free on the 1st floor. They literally don't care about anything, on the whole island so don't expect anything from them, you got nothing.

If you go there with low-medium expectations, you wont be disappointed. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms could be much better, also the mattresses felt like they needed an upgrade. Overall a medium stay experience.

Lovely staff, nice room, good breakfast The description of pool or garden view was a bit of a stretch. It was 2 palm trees and a road.

Clean room in an excellent location in Rodney bay. Everything you need provided in the room. Good mix of US/UK/usb sockets. Air con worked a treat. Shuttle bus between the hotel/beach resort was great but be aware it gets full fast! Only around a 20 minute walk if you are able though. Restaurant service very slow and inattentive. Restaurant staff will see you and ignore you for a long time before coming to seat/serve you and aren’t particularly pleasant while doing so. Menu was repeated after 4 days. Breakfast is served buffet style but poor selection and again very slow service service at the buffet. No eggs available unless you queue for the one chef cooking them ( line usually 5+ long) . Attempted to book excursions through the hotel however was told they were fully booked- I managed to book the same excursion with no issue on Viator so consider this if struggling. Was ‘booked’ into a courtesy room prior to leaving as the hotel were unable to provide late check out however on attempting to use this was told someone else was now using it. Then told it was my ‘lucky day’ as another room available- this also turned out to be unavailable. Was then taken to a used room that had not yet been cleaned at all, was not given fresh towels but allowed to use the room for a shower. All in all would recommend the hotel for its location but would not recommend using the restaurant/bar.

Location and access to 3 facilities Air conditioning was not so great

Ambience and the location Kerwin, Nima were really helpful. The pool was just 3m deep. Not for swimming it should be stated when selling it.

Stay at one, play at all

Very good

Ideal for quiet, relaxing holiday. Best of both worlds as you could use facilities at other Bay Gardens hotels but enjoy the peace of the inn. Lovely room, very comfortable bed; we both slept really well. Staff generally were very helpful and friendly. Helena in the restaurant was our “star”. I would recommend this hotel. Meal times could be a bit hit and miss, having to wait for tables, meals etc, but it is the Caribbean and we had nothing to rush for. Food, although good, was a bit repetitive. Hotel looks a bit tired, bathrooms in particular could do with an update.
