It was hard to get anything you need from the front desk. We needed extra towels and you ask for them and they say they will bring it up but it takes 3+ hours if at all for them to bring them.

Location was near what I needed Staff was lazy , construction remodel in the am 2 doors down , air conditioner broke at 3 am

I did not get the room I booked. There was no lamps in the room. The TV had only local cable which was very poor. Lots of mosquitoes and ants in the room. Ask to speak with the general manager. Reception took my number for manager to WhatsApp me but never heard from her. Very very disappointed ?...

The overall atmosphere was excellent. In particular the staff Helena (Restaurant), Ricky (Security), George (shuttle driver) and Charlene (Entertainment) added to the atmosphere. Everyone around seemed to enjoy the experience. The location and the shuttle is excellent. N/A
