Really welcoming staff, special mention to Francesca at the welcome desk who checked us in. Was so considerate, warm and friendly. Room was lovely, really spacious. Had a variety of plug outlets so can just take charger but also use adaptor if needed. Good location-walk to the metro or Piazza popola in under 10 mins and into central Rome Spanish steps in 25mins. Breakfast was great, selection of cooked and pastries and some of the best coffee I've had. Love the ethos of the hotel which is inclusive in giving opportunities which I only found out about when arriving but cemented my opinion of a warm and caring hotel. When breakfast staples such as eggs ran out they weren't replaced so when coming to breakfast later was an issue. Also in toiletries no conditioner given.

The rooms were spotless! You could eat off the floor. The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. It was about a 10 minute walk to the Spanish Steps and was just enough away from the touristy areas. Quiet at night. Not a thing! Everything was perfect.

We loved everything about this place. ❤️ Very nice linens, fabulous in-room tea selection, diverse lighting options, quiet, and staff was very accommodating with giving extra pillows and ice upon request. Room was tidied up every day. Loved the AC, which we could turn up or down as needed. Beautiful modern decor! Great breakfast Everything was perfect.

A lovely, cozy, and tastefully decorated hotel in a nice neighborhood. The staff were very friendly, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the breakfast was delicious. I’d happily stay here again.
