Hotel The Haven Roma

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, and their genuine hospitality really stood out, especially Lorenzo - I wish him all the best. And Wisdom was always happy to help with a smile. It’s the kind of service that makes a stay memorable. A big thank you to the entire team for making our experience so enjoyable. The à la carte breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with high-quality, organic ingredients and great attention to detail. What really stood out was the personalized service. The staff asked my mom exactly how many minutes she wanted her egg boiled, which made her very happy - because she can rarely find a boiled egg prepared exactly the way she likes it, so this small but thoughtful gesture made a big difference. What differentiates a good hotel from an average hotel is attention to detail. The only area I would suggest for improvement is the lighting in the rooms. I understand and appreciate the overall concept and atmosphere of the hotel. However, it would be great to have a few additional lighting options available in the rooms themselves (common areas are fine), allowing guests to choose the level of brightness that suits them.

Slightly our of the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas, but close enough to walk to most of them, this hotel was well appropriated with nice beds, a huge shower, and a fantastic breakfast. Staff was very courteous and accommodating.

We recently stayed at The Hotel Haven as a family of five and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff went above and beyond at every turn - nothing was too much trouble, and every request was met with a smile. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well thought out for a family our size, giving us plenty of space to relax after busy days exploring Rome. The location was excellent too, making it easy to get around and back to the hotel to unwind. Breakfast was genuinely one of the best we’ve had - fresh, varied, and something everyone in the family enjoyed, from the kids to the adults. It set us up perfectly for the day every single morning. One small hiccup: due to what seemed like a booking system/AI-related duplication, both the hotel and our booking platform arranged airport transport for us. Not the hotel’s doing at all, but what impressed us most was how openly and honestly the management and reception staff handled it - no excuses, just clear communication and great customer service. It’s refreshing to see a hotel be that transparent. We’ll absolutely be returning. Highly recommend The Hotel Haven to any family visiting Rome - a brilliant base with a team that genuinely cares. Absolutely nothing - the place is amazing.

Very charming and welcoming staff, especially Fatima at the front desk. She was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Very good location, outside of the tourist area. Make sure to book Junior Suite if you like bathtub with bubbles, it was like a cherry on top of my trip! Hotel staff were very professional and kind, I felt very welcomed, thank you! Breakfast was delicious! Definitely would book again!

A pleasant surprise was the room upgrade — we were moved to a spacious room with a stunning view, at no extra charge. It was completely unexpected and so delightful! Breakfast, cleanliness, and location — everything was top. Rome is already a magical city, but this hotel made our stay truly unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

The place is too old, small rooms, I was surprised to know they considered to be a 5 star hotel, kind and friendly people Small room, high price , very small hotel ,, not a true 5 star, in my opinion

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and located in an excellent area close to the main attractions of Rome. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was quiet, well maintained, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Nothing significant. Everything met our expectations and contributed to a pleasant stay.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in Rome. Beautiful room, wonderful service and amazing breakfast - I will definitely come again. Nothing to complain about.
