River Palace Hotel

The location, staff, breakfast, and overall design and vibe of this place are all excellent. We would definitely return. Our room had a split-floor design, which we liked. However, there were persistent water leakage issues that caused our feet to constantly get wet from the damp carpet. Additionally, the random shapes of the stairs protruded into the narrow walking space, posing a tripping hazard.

This was our second time in staying at the River Palace in Rome. The front desk staff was always very helpful and helping us plan our activities and getting transportation to the airport. N/a

Due to an accidental injury I attempted to cancel my non refundable reservation for a credit and the hotel staff was not helpful

Location room

Perfect location - many historical places are within a short-moderate walk. Extremely pleasant, proactive and attentive staff. Rooms are not spacious, but have everything what's needed for a comfortable stay. This is not a big deal, but the elevator is tiny (3 adults and it's getting crowded), so waiting for it may test your patience.

Tiny shower, in general small bathroom. For somebody taller and bigger can be uncomfortable.

Shower was just a little crazy. Hard to take a shower without getting water on floor. But that was the only negative

The staff was exceptionally polite and always available, which made the entire stay very smooth and pleasant. The property was also impeccably clean, with everything feeling well-maintained and almost new. In that sense, the overall quality and upkeep of the hotel were truly excellent. Our room was extremely small and quite uncomfortable. It was so tight that my husband and I couldn’t even move around in it at the same time, and there wasn’t enough space to fit our luggage either.

Second time we stayed here. Great hotel except Room 303 was extremely small especially bathroom. The first time we stayed here we had a larger room which was great. This could just be we were late reserving a room and this was our only choice for size. Hotel is close to Flaminio subway station which makes it very convenient to get around city.Breakfast is exceptional with an absolutely great staff. Size of room 303

Location was perfect, bathroom was the most beautiful bathroom I've seen in a hotel.

The location was very close to the Piazza del Popolo, which was very convenient for us. The decor was lovely… lots of marble. The breakfast was fantastic— Best pastries ever! The room and bathroom were very small, especially the shower.
