Good residential neighborhood, 5 minutes walking distance from metro station and 10 minutes from Vatican. The breakfast was perfectly fine. There are the restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The only downside was the noisy bar open late night across the street

Arches B&B is perfectly located—just a short walk to the Vatican area and very close to the metro, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. Restaurants, supermarkets, and other conveniences are all nearby, so you really have everything you need within reach. The B&B does not offer breakfast; only instant coffee powder is provided. This wasn’t a problem for us since we were out exploring all day, but it’s something to keep in mind if you plan to eat breakfast there.

This accommodation is definitely a street view, not a garden view. Bar across the street closes at 2 am (whole week). If you consider that the guests have a good time, they chat outside on the street until 3-4 am. This is often followed up by neighbours disposing their glass bottles in the recycling bin before 7 am, right under the windows of your room. You must be dead not to hear it. This is something we didn't count with when doing our booking, otherwise we'd take earplugs.

I like that the shared kitchen is open 24/7. We don't usually eat outside. There is a 3min walk grocery store nearby. There is fridge with dedicated shelf for each room (there are 3 rooms in the unit). There is also dedicated 1 cube of ikea kallax to replenish your breakfast. There is microwave which i really appreciate. There is also electric stove. I would suggest tho to change their electric kettle or clean with vinegar + water. There is a kitchen towel. As a traveler, i always bring my own dish soap and sponge as i don't like sharing these with other people. There are plates, coffee cups, cutleries available to use. Room: it is okay, there is no locked safe so you have to figure out how would you secure your valuables in the room. BUT the staff i believe are reliable and trustworthy. Nothing was amiss during out stay, just daily clearance of garbage bins. The staff have been kind, approachable and communicated with your immediately. The shower unit. There is nothing i can do with the size but I would suggest installing a cuddy hanged on the wall. It so hard to take a shower with everything (soap, shampoo) in the floor - risk for fall. The shower head need to be replaced and be placed a little higher. The shower head was just not good.

Amazing stay. Very close to public transport. The hosts Paolo and Fabio were very helpful and gave us so many tips.

The rooms and the location were nice. The rooms were spacious and had nice balconies. The common area was kept tidy. The apartment was about 10 minutes from the metro and had nice pizzerias nearby. Much of the check-in information was unclear, confusing, and quite disorganized. We were contacted about rules we were unaware of and these rules were not stated on the reservation. Also, one of the showers was not draining and the front door is a little difficult to open.

It’s close to the city center, so it’s easy to get around on foot. The shower room needed mold removal. The heating was also needed.(It was April)

Perfect location. Clean room, good coffee and breakfast.

The apartment is pretty close to metro station and everything that you can need, you can find near - supermarket, laundry, restaurants. It's about 10 min walk from Vatican and 10 min on metro to city center. Apartments are made from big flat, so there are 3 apartments and the common area. In the common area you have everything you need to prepare food - microwave, stove, kettle, variety of plates and cookware. Breakfast was more italian style - bread, coffee, yogurt, croissants, jams, juice. But we were prepared and just bought slices of meat and cheese. This was enough to have great sandwiches for breakfast every day. They give you shelf in fridge and in the kitchen cabinet, where you can find products for breakfast and also store your own. In the apartment everything was nice, there was enough space, nice view from windows, and it was warm enough for December. There are one big bed and 2 sofa beds, enough place for 2 adults and a child, can be a bit tight for 4 people. TV was functioning, wifi connection was fast enough. You have your own toilet, it was fully equipped and clean. The service was perfect. They are cleaning the room every day and updating your products. Also they are always ready to help with any problem or question. Check-out at 10:30, but they allow to stay a bit more if you need. Also you can leave your luggage at the property if you have a late flight and want to walk around the city before the flight. Just small notes, that doesn't affect the rate - decorative elements of the bed creaked a bit. The shower system requires replacement or repair - it is impossible to adjust the height. Not sure if this is the problem of the property - it was hard to set the temperature of the water flow - it was either too hot, either too cold - requires some time to adjust.
